Still bleeding due to erection after 7 days from circumcision op

Hi guys,

I'm new here. I just had my circumcision op exactly 1 week ago. I had issues with erections at night, and I can hardly sleep since the operation.

The ring around the incision part as well as the shaft of my penis is now swollen like a swimming float. I saw online that you can let the swelling go away by keeping the penis upright, so I am thinking of using some gauze and tape to give it some support. Is that ok?

Every time when I have erections, I felt like the stitches are tearing my skin. Two days ago due to a morning erection, quite some amount of fresh blood flowed out from the wound, though I managed to stop it. Yesterday night I had the same thing again, just not that much blood. Is it normal for this to happen even after 1 week of recovery?

I felt a bit anxious because it seems like a never ending process, breaking the wound and heal, and then breaking the wound again...

I will try ice cubes, hope my swelling will go away soon.
