Random anxiety
Head still
swimming
and I have to drive four hours to get where we're going. I know some of this is anticipation of the drive and some is due to sinus. I've just been looking so forward to this trip and doing my best to accept the anxiety symptoms and let them go. Uneasy stomach is a tough one.

Been
swimming
this morning. Local pool was quiet. Free as a bird having a leisurely swim :) Then into steam room - Fantastic for sore joints! It's the best drink in the world! Flushes out toxins, hydrates the body, calms the mind, it does a million wonderful things! I even sleep on water!

Improvements
bits of feeling returning to my left lower leg .In all honesty I never thought this would improve and now I am feeling much more hopeful for my future after having some very despondent days .I just wanted to share my story ,lately I have been walking with just a stick and I have cautiously recommenced

Not this month
Affirmations, visilisations, Chinese herbs, Accupuncture, 5 a day, no diary, no alcohol for me or my partner, limited sugar, no caffeine for me or my partner,
swimming
once a week where all quite a commitment really. I’m going to prepare myself again this month, from tomorrow.

Third time lucky
My knees give me problems every now and then so high impact activity (running) is out of the equation and I can't afford a gym membership to do
swimming
and don't feel safe riding a bicycle on the roads..... to many impatient and dangerous drivers.

Good to be back
and lots and lots of
swimming
. Managed to haul my increasing flabbiness round to the spa for a massage, but the lack of AC in the gym meant the running machine was a non-starter. I know, you’re all jealous!

Help
I generally run between 5 and 7k 3 times a week, as well as
swimming
, walking and the occasional game of Badminton. I am due to enter my first official 5k run on the 8th September and am concerned that I will be far behind everyone else.

Week 2 Run 1
I’ve tried it all...
swimming
, Zumba, treadmills, aerobics. The list could go on. I never thought running would be the thing I might actually enjoy!

Feeling quite proud...
I love cycling and
swimming
but just couldn’t ever run. Tired 2 in my life and hated it both times. A couple of things happened and I heard about this program. Omg I cannot believe how well it works! On week one I only just managed.

Update
Since I've had skin cancer, I spend a few late day hours on my noodle and
swimming
and chats with neighbors. There are outdoor concerts in beautiful Morgan Park on the water half hour away. Big Smile....

Beachy Head: A marathon post (sorry) 😜💥
Beachy starts from a little prep school (for boys I think) called Bedes, and marathoners have the use of the grounds and school buildings (including the
swimming
pool usually, although sadly not this time as it was closed for refurb).
