Struggling with pcos

Hi all.

Newly diagnosed with pcos. My weight has spiralled out of control and no matter what I try I cant seem to shift this weight around my tummy. I also have physical disabilities so exercising is quite hard for me. I've tried swimming and dieting with no success.

Also getting very depressed with all the symptoms. Hair growth around my face, pain in the stomach and groin because of the cysts.

I haven't had a period in a year and overall pretty fed up. Just dont know what to try. I was put on metformin but reacted very badly to the drug and had to come off of it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated I really am struggling at the moment

Thanks

Have a look at this website:

smartfertilitychoices.com/a...

It’s not just fertility based it’s for anyone wanting to tackle their PCOS symptoms. Following a normal diet won’t work for PCOS you have to follow a specific one to see real results and reduction in symptoms 👍🏻

Gluten free, lacto free low sugar heathy eating.. limit your intake of rice pasta bread and potatoes (even gluten free bread ) this will help

Drop the weight.. its tough but I'm 5 stone down after doing hu dress if hours research into pcos. Look into a supplement like inositol this should with the new style eating help re start your cycle and drop significant weight.. it has for me anyway. Also do your research go on pinterest type in pcos and educate as doctors are useless..
