60 seconds is longer than it seems!
I’m overweight and only exercise I do is
swimming
and water aerobics and I don’t even do those two things consistently. I am trying to get my health and fitness in order but weight loss is a definite goal too.

Back to the start
Joined the gym for the classes and
swimming
but today woke up saying going to run again. We lost the dog and missing him and our walks through the park along the seafront. So this way I just run and run1 done! Need it, loved it and promise I most stretch properly before and after.

Wednesday to do list collect wifey from work, eat brekky, school run, and German retailer visitation, prep tea.... And 👍🙂🙂 running time
And of course learning to enjoy it, running should be surely treated like an enjoyable pastime, cheaper than a gym membership, dryer than
swimming
, what's not to like.... Enjoy your running everyone 👍

Swim socks
Does anyone know of any good waterproof socks I could use for
swimming
. I work in a special needs school and have to go
swimming
with the kids but the pool is often cold and my feet end up cold and numb.

I'm a newbie
I'm going to start
swimming
but want to start the gym first and add
swimming
later. So I don't lose my motivation. I'm looking at pilates classes with a friend in the spring, but she's unreliable so I'm not having much hope that that being regular. So this is where I am currently at.

Procrastinating over - Back in the pool
I’m reasonably fit from running but had forgotten just how much stamina
swimming
takes. Anyway I’ve done it and would advise anyone putting off resuming old favourites to get back on it now!

Help. Is it safe to run and swim on Sotalol Hydrochloride. What is safer Bisoprolo or Sotalol
He is on the autistic spectrum and loved his running,
swimming
and cycling prior to being diagnosed. He was fitted with an ICD in April 2019 and originally put on 1.25mg of bisoprolol fumarate. This seem to be fine up until October 2019. While
swimming
in the pool his ICD discharged 3 times.

Which Connect app?
Initially I bought the fitbit mostly for
swimming
which I was informed I have to manually add to Strava but wanted to compare to my Polar m430 watch with regards to accuracy.

Belated Bonne année à tous !
After 3 years of little exercise (walking has been too painful for my lower back) I finally gave in and bought myself a fat old lady
swimming
costume (after finally allowing myself to acknowledge I am almost 65 and can be a fat old lady if I want) and have taken up
swimming

Hello All
I'm also spending time on the weekends with children and some adults as I now teach
swimming
and let me tell you, it's playful and enjoyable and it's awesome to not have to sit in an office to earn money.

Achilles’ tendon problem
So that’s that until it gets better, as I’m in my 70s and don’t want to compromise the
swimming
and walking that I enjoy. Sometimes bodies just don’t cooperate. When I recover and try again is it a good idea to wear some kind of ankle support?

Hi everyone
I swim non stop for 30 minutes 4 days a week and walk between 1 and 4 miles with the dog every day, the distance depends on whether I’ve been
swimming
or not. I think my problem is portion control. I’m 72 and weigh 11 1/2st.
