I have been looking into buying or hiring an oxygen cylinder in case medical centres are overwhelmed with Coronavirus. My son has had a severe asthma attack and was hospitalised on oxygen after the previous bad flu virus and is prone to asthma after viruses. This time I’m worried for him, plus not 100% confident doctors will be healthy and waiting to oxygenate him if they are overwhelmed by patients.
Trouble is I need a doctors certificate to hire a cylinder and they won’t give him one as he isn’t sick yet! I love their confidence that they are somehow immune and will be there if I need them!
Anyway there are oxygen generators available but there is a waiting list to buy one, so I wondered could I somehow collect the ozone from my swimming pool which will immediately break down into oxygen I am assuming, and get him to breathe that?
I know it’s not Parkinsons related but also that there are a lot of really smart people on this site who may be able to advise. 😊
Plus some one with PD might be able to use the information too.

An ozone generator creates ozone from existing oxygen molecules, which in turn revert back to ordinary oxygen over time because ozone is not very stable. In any case an ozone generator will not increase your concentration of oxygen - you need an oxygen concentrator. Such are available from from Amazon:
So the bubbles that come out will just have the same concentration of nitrogen?
I looked at the oxygen concentrator but there is a 2 week wait as they have run out which I imagine might mean you pay your money and get it some time later in the year.
I've used ozone for more than three years. I've never used an oxygen concentrator because oxygen tanks contain pure oxygen. When my tanks are low or empty I turn them in to be refilled. I never get the same tanks back. Welders use a lot of oxygen. Their need for pure oxygen equals doctors need for pure oxygen for ozone production. Ozone boosts the immune system. It can be injected into a vein or into a joint or into muscle. If you can't find medical oxygen welder's oxygen is just as good. The tanks are pretty beaten up though. My understanding is oxygen concentrators don't produce as good an oxygen. The oxygen can be used for ozone but not for IV treatments. Instead it's used for rectal insufflations. RI is nearly as good as IV ozone.
You are correct that an oxygen concentrator does not produce pure oxygen unlike what you get from an oxygen tank. Here is flow rate versus oxygen concentration for one of the concentrators at the above link: 1LPM: 90%±3; 2LPM: 75%±3; 3LPM: 60%±3; 4LPM: 50%±3; 5LPM: 40%±3; 6LPM: 30%±3.
If you just need oxygen for use with a medical ozone generator one tank will last a long time. On the other hand, if oxygen is needed for respiratory assistance a tank can run out pretty quickly. A concentrator keeps going as long as you have electricity, and for breathing assistance pure oxygen is not needed.
No the specialists like Shallenberger and Rowen say incidents of emboli deaths were caused by nitrogen boluses. Oxygen in the blood stream is absorbed before reaching the heart, Nitrogen isn't absorbed. It reaches the heart and sits there because the heart valves are designed to pump liquid, not gas. Same as an overheated car. Dissolved air in the gasoline coalesces into a bubble which the fuel pump can't push along.
Absolutely! RobertRowenMd on youtube. He shows how people recover from infected teeth, root canals, and how people recover from all kinds of diseases with ozone.
Hi, I was reading an article about an ozone generator and realized that they don't recommend using it for a pool. It's good for the house or for the car. If any of you will use it to eliminate unpleasant odors in the car, then I found a great article about it on damagecontrol-911.com/ozone.... There are detailed instructions on how to use it correctly so as not to damage the car interior. As for me, I have been using an ozone generator for a long time, so you will not feel any unpleasant odors in my car. Another big plus is that it kills germs, which is good for your health.
