Swimming during stims??

Hi everyone,

I’m on day 8 of stimming my oh and I were thinking of going swimming is this ok during this time? Nothing strenuous just a little light swim for me to relax been feeling the effects of meds last couple of days.

Hi Kurst,

I started my injections same as you last week. I went swimming twice last week post injection and was fine. I went swimming again Tuesday just gone and ended up with abit of a cold soon after, stuffy nose ect😩so I’ve not been since. I might leave it until the treatment is finished as I don’t want to risk having another cold! Xx

Thanks for replying. Yea I think I will just leave it just in case I don’t fancy getting the cold on top of feeling a bit rubbish I’ll go for a walk instead. Wishing u lots of luck with your cycle 🤞🏼🥰 xx
