Pacemaker fitted just over 3 months ago
I started doing exercise and
swimming
after the 8 weeks and everything seemed fine, but just lately I feel as though I have gone backwards ...... I can feel the device when I yawn, or stretch? And the sensation makes me feel slightly nauseous. Perhaps I need to give things more time?

Post circumcision swelling below glans after 7 weeks
It doesn't look infected, just swollen and looking like another
swimming
float ring below the glans. Is this swell normal after 2 months? Kind of getting worried now as what I've read is that things should be back to normal after 4 to 6 weeks.

what a disaster!!!
Well I wasn’t running today as had grandchildren staying so decided to take them
swimming
. They were excited as it was their first time in the gym pool. All went well they enjoyed it and so did I. Very well behaved I got the girls into the shower and then went to get their shower gel/shampoo.

Have been doing non- impact cardio (cycling,
swimming
) for 6 months so aerobically I’m not starting from complete scratch as it were) This morning I went out with the intention of finding a place to run. I’ve moved house last year so still getting to know the area.

Heart failure/tinnitus. Woke up with extremely loud and unusual tinnitus
The drums and birds calmed down but it remained a kind of deafness in my left ear, almost like when you have water in your ear from
swimming
. I laid awake for nearly 2 hours to see if anything else happened but went to sleep. Woke up with normal tinnitus and nothing else.

Post Catheter Ablation Recovery
I was told by LGI I would be up to near normal activity after a few days and be back
swimming
and light gym work after a couple of weeks yet it took me over a week to be able to drive again because I couldn't tolerate the sitting position for long and was nearly two weeks before I could wear anything

swimming
5 klms a week , still have some of the above issues anger, frustration, occasional nightmares

Anybody else? Self harm and acne
I have had stares in the past at
swimming
pool during water aerobics from the scarring and never went back. I find it hard to cope with at times as both affect my self esteem. I would be grateful for any thoughts or useful comments. Thank you

Worthing Parkrun
We decided to go to the
swimming
pool to use their loos which were being cleaned so sat and chatted. Sandie1961 met us outside and we walked over to the start. First there was a talk for newbies and tourists, due to the string winds I heard about half of that.

Made it Switzerland to see my son!
But I felt very nervous to set off since this cape is kicking my butt with HFS… without being able to walk much, I have kept fit for this trip by
swimming
laps and using my ebike… but still this is a lot for a 63 year old MBC with all that I have going on.

Sun Energy
I was able to adjust by
swimming
often and taking a quick dip right before I slept. I have read more about sun energy than B12. When I first started reading D3 and K2 were not available and the consensus was vitamin D only served to raise your blood level. Well here is the thing.

Recommendations for swimming cap
I've recently started
swimming
again which I really love (and makes me feel so much better). However, I struggle to find a
swimming
cap which doesn't feel uncomfortable.

Ouch!
I've got a rather sore arm and shoulder this morning, so its possible that my shoulder joint is
swimming
in B12. Let's just hope that it doesn't cause a problem. I'm dreading the next jab or blood test if it is the same nurse, I think I'm going to have to say that I don't want to see her again.

Knees got the better of me for now
I hope to be back one day, but to be honest may just stick to my usual long walks and return to
swimming
for aerobic fitness instead. Loved the running while it lasted though, all 90 seconds of it 😀 and it has spurred me on to get fitter somehow.

readings from fibro scan
I had my gall bladder removed in 2019 because they said it was not functioning correctly, I think it was liver problems all along, I don’t drink heavy at all, just the occasional one with friends and family when we go out, I eat reasonably healthy and exercise twice a week
swimming
or walking, so really

Update
I ran out of hydroxocobalamin 4 days ago and the effect is a return of the difficulty breathing which I evaluate by walking a little ways up a local mountain on the same trail or
swimming
. I am going to try hydroxocobalamin SL and see if that works to try and cut down on expense.

Severe Dilated Cadiomyopothy
I have dropped 12 Kilos in the last 2 months, have cut out booze and started
swimming
. It doesn’t change the fact I’m scared to death! 💀 Does anyone have experience of living with this condition or of treating it or of prognosis in relation to it?
