Successful follow up to previous post regarding bending the truth to obtain correct prescription level
My heart palpitations have gone, food absorption improved with reduction in awful peripheral neuropathy (tingling and numbness in hands, arms, face, legs and feet - across heart at worst stage) and exercise is doable - I've just bought a years
swimming
membership (now I'm back on 100 mcg Levo).

To try medication or not.
She walks down a street singing ( even strings of words that don’t even make sense sometimes), she’d even sing and move loads in a communal shower at the
swimming
pool ( and get a few funny looks!) she has lots of energy obviously but is really happy and enthusiastic about life.

Weight Loss
I have been unable to go to the gym for years now, I used to be able to do some walking but even that is out of the question now due to pain, the only ‘proper’ exercise I get these days is
swimming
when I’m feeling well enough.

i really want to start Sea
swimming
s as I live by the coast. I’ve heard it’s not a good idea with hypothyroidism as it raises your TSH too much. can anyone offer any advice or their own experience.

Are thyroid problems hereditary?
He has always been fit, slim and healthy,
swimming
several times a week. He does have stomach problems and follows a Fodmap diet. He has a stressful job but over the last year or so he has become really tired so sleeps for a large part of every weekend.

Goodbye Guilt
(walks with friends, dancing, gardening,
swimming
) 2. Think about the good feelings you’ll have after being active (dopamine rush, sense of achievement, more energy) 3. Treat yourself if you hit a milestone: a cuppa and a magazine for a small goal - an outing with friends for a bigger one. 4.

Anyone on biologics and suffering leg ulcers
I enjoy
swimming
but haven’t been able to swim since last July, and wonder if the wounds may heal quicker off my meds. I’d appreciate others thoughts.

finally heard from gastroenterologist
given a false read eps with the 28% iq ( I guess the lower under 30 the better) I would say I was 6.5 stone over weight and have lost almost 3 stone since this test, I intend to carry on and lose the other 3.5 stone this way, I’m not having surgery unless I find I can no longer do it myself, I’m also

hi all - what are your views on cold water
swimming
with heart problems? In my case particularly ectopics and SVT? It’s just that I have found this and I absolutely love it.

Time flies... when you're having babies!
The transplant is my only ticket to getting elements of my old life back and giving me the opportunity to do things like take Cassie
swimming
or get a plane somewhere without fear or limitation. That's why I'm on the list.

Possible depression and grief in an 8 year old
I saw her yesterday when I went to pick Bella up to go
swimming
. She no longer has any hair, is on oxygen, and was puking in a bucket. There were atleast 30 prescription bottles lying around and that probably wasn’t even all her medications.

Into each life some rain must fall…
No pretty pics this week- but instead will post some unusual sights such as photos of a bus, floating sideways down the street, the completely flooded international airport so that it looks like a shallow Olympic
swimming
pool!.

Swimming opportunities for my autistic son in Herts/Beds
He swims quite well and loves
swimming
but the private health club pool he attends regularly at quiet times just closed down. He doesn’t like large busy pools, and we are having trouble locating a suitable pool for him to use. Can anyone suggest a suitable pool within 20 miles of Hitchin?

Blocked ear for two weeks
I dove down in a
swimming
pool to about 4m and felt my ears pop a few weeks earlier. I’ve seen the doctor who prescribed ear drops to clean up the infection but it’s still blocked 10 days later. Any ideas where to go from here?
