Week 2 complete, but worried about my knees
I guess a trip to the physio is on the cards, while I switch to
swimming
and cycling to keep myself moving.

Rant time
It's stopping me from applying for anything else cos I can't read properly - my vision keeps '
swimming
' now and I can't focus to read. Plus, no one would entertain even inviting me for an interview with medical appointments, surgery, and recovery period hanging over my head.

Need advice where to start with foods to avoid that could aggravate Fibromyalgia and Arthritic symptoms please and what would be healing?
The drugs don’t work but my
swimming
and stretching does despite working through pain , it’s definitely not painless . Thinking is it worth paying for a nutritionist? Has anyone done this ? or finding eating that. Special something is helping ? Thanks for any useful information 😊

Can statins be turbocharged?
On Monday I cooked a dinner which featured nothing new ingredient wise & then went
swimming
. I clocked my fastest time I can ever recall of 34:30 (37:55 last week) without trying all that hard. Tuesday & today I’ve experienced almost volcanic board meetings.

to sleep perchance to dream !? too much is OTT
Hi all, I think I am now entering tiger country, I am now down to 5mg of my Preds and
swimming
against the tide to 4.5mg but am now having a big - unexpectedly for me- problem, I just cannot wake up, I am sleeping better now than a few months ago but, within an hour of getting up I want to go back

3rd flare of Diverticulitis
Yesterday I tried
swimming
again, ended up doing loads of housework/gardening and by 4pm had to lie down. Today the left side feels inflamed again. The last flare cleared up after 6 weeks, this I wonder was just lucky. I'm sorry for all the stories I read on here, a lot of which are far worse.

My update
I feel good though and have returned to the gym and to my
swimming
. I’ll stay on the calories though as it stops me from eating junk. PS. I do not like cooking with cottage cheese and I find I can tolerate fish if it’s the cod fish fingers that M&S sells. 😀

Sharp back pain after driving on a speed bump
In the first 2 years, the pain was everywhere but after commuting to
swimming
and doing a lot of stretches the pain is gone.

Blood pressure warning
Before I went to pamper myself in Montenegro (
swimming
in the sea, lounging on the Cabana) I checked my blood pressure which I do regularly and noticed a little warning sign like a heart next to my diastolic.

NEW MARATHON RECORD... NEW SHOES... AND THE BALA TRI
I also watched yesterday's tri [duathlon, as it became with fog on the lake stopping
swimming
], and I found both of these interesting.

Newly diagnosed PMR
I was delighted to just get around, not come last and have that precious World Championship Medal, I was doped up on painkillers and was assured that race day adrenaline would get me through (this was right), I have a coach and trained 5 days a week, I was absolutely loving my life and I was County

20 minutes UNAIDED walk…
The story… Denise won’t admit it but she’s worried about me
swimming
off our beach, in the Kettle River. I was
swimming
before I could ride a horse, which was way before I could walk! So she bought us a 10’ inflatable pool for the yard. It’s un heated.

The 12 Runs of Christmas
a few of these ✅ I started a bit late under doctor’s orders, and didn’t realise walking was an alternative straight away, but here are the first 6 jolly jaunts so far. 5 Dec - A chilly 5km along the seafront listening to a Christmas playlist for the first time, and I captured a pic of 7 swans a
