The rest of the run was on footpaths and grass fields and it didn't actually rain while I was
running
so all good. I regularly run 10k so a 8k (5 mile) race seemed like a good distance.

My supplies are
running
low and I am struggling to find any that are not silly prices, £100's for a 100 pack, nearly ten times what I paid last time. Armour is the same. Happy to buy from abroad and use crypto to pay. Any advice appreciated.

Break from running?
We'll be away ten days from Saturday. I'm up to Week 8 run 2 for the second time. If I don't run during the holiday period, am I I likely to be able to carry on with Week 8 Run 3 when we're back? After graduating last September I hibernated until the following March and consequently had to go back to

insomnia- help!
A week of waking at 12/1 and not nodding off until gone 5 and am
running
out of things to do. Have tried herbal teas/ trying to stay awake longer/ upping the exercise but nuffink helps. How do you manage yours? Is it linked to flares? Have you noticed a pattern with it?

W7 R1
I followed Jo Wiley's advice and started chanting 'I like
running
' when I caught myself thinking the opposite. If I complete the remaining two runs in W7 I'll be amazed.

run with an injury or fix it
I’ve completed week 6 and even managed over thirty minutes of
running
for my last run however I have a recurring hamstring injury that keeps coming back. Do I carry on into week seven or fix my hamstring and repeat some of the earlier runs? Thanks in advance

Just need some encouraging words
Had some much psychotherapy that I am
running
out of counselors. Am currently on my fourth week of TMS which I had to fight to have approved by my insurance carrier. No social support group and no family left and almost no finances.

I don't know what to call this 🤣🤣🤣
So, 2 weeks ago I was just booking in to have a cataract removed, today I donned my
running
shoes and took a gentle half hour
running
round the streets. I went out with no expectations but hope that I could run for half an hour and I did.

Are you stuck on the couch too, or are you out there
running
and braving all that January is throwing at us? Do you have any gossip, plans or tall tales? About
running
or about anything really ... 🥰 Here's to a good week everyone (mine can only get better - I hope!!!)
