W43R1 - late registration due to lack of time
Time is
running
out, even though I thought it couldn't get any worse. I trust myself to keep the routine, there is nothing more to do.

Really struggling with the fear that I'm going to have another fall while running
I had a nasty fall in May last year when I tripped on a gravel path while
running
. I messed my face up in a big way and damaged my shoulder. I've back
running
since the autumn and I'm pretty OK when I'm on the grass but when I'm
running
on a hard surface I get very nervous.

Running app?
Does anyone know of a
running
app that will do something similar when it is telling me I've completed a section of the run/walk?

Never too,old
I stopped
running
and went down a dark hole but luckily with love and family support I feel so much more my old self and am back
running
3 times a week not always 5k as I have to charter my new surroundings and itās not like my old suburbia but change can be good.

Week 8 Finished - Thinking about Park Run
I had a grand idea of
running
a park run to end the programme but I wonder if the potential distractions of
running
with a bunch of other people, maybe not sticking to my own pace, would end in disappointment?

If you want to know more about my
running
herstory. First ever c25k 5 years ago. Since then two serious abdominal surgeries and multiple back and leg injuries. Which basicially had me more on than off
running
. I am one of those 'come back kids' but its so tough to keep starting from bottom.

Long time no runningā¦
I have just realised itās been five years since I last did C25K. a lot has happened since then, weddings, too many funerals, Covid and a hip replacement at aged 50. My question to you all, is there anyone on this forum that has completed this course post hip replacement? I have not run since it was

bisoprolol and running
Since I started taking bisoprolol for arrhythmia , I canāt run more than 20 or 30 m without stopping for a rest. Iāve run every day for 50 years so itās a big miss. Is there a different beta blocker that wouldnāt make me so tired?
