SAH recovery fatigue/anxiety
I don’t know if I am depressed or not, I am trying to take stock of my new world whilst trying to keep as much of my identity as possible – I guess my identity does generally involve unhealthy lifestyle which I was previously able to counter by
running
a lot.

I love “runner watching” … I love this forum where we talk about
running
as much as we need to… we never stop learning from each other… For those still to enjoy their run..have a good one!

Resistance training tips?
Cardio exercise is fine...I like
running
and I'm doing more swimming than ever. However, any tips on decent resistance exercise plans/websites I could use?

Everlasting Cold
Not
running
a fever but just tired of the congestion and coughing. Is there any use in seeing my doctor considering I am probably just dealing with an ordinary cold. I am in treatment and this is the first time I have been sick for this long.

Has anyone changed their stride? Is it even worth trying?
Hello all, I’m still riding high off my first race last weekend and have been thinking about
running
a lot! One thing I couldn’t help but notice in the experience of
running
with 15,000 others was my stride. I am a bit of a shuffler. I seem to take small steps and don’t pick my feet up much.

The Downside Of Breathing
But
running
past those Highland cows yesterday was an experience. Mmm, that’s it, inhale those pats deep! In other news; week 9 starts tomorrow!

🎾🌹🍏Running in July
Don’t you just love
running
in July! No matter what week you are in… you are
running
in a glorious month if you live in the UK… if you are a Wimbledon fan Andy would have kept you up last night..so more difficult to get up early for your Friday Run.

Fearful of week 4
I am a bit worried about tackling week 4 as it looks like a huge step up in total
running
time. Any advice?

Any advice for runny nose?
As soon as my body starts
running
so does my nose! I feel it impacts my breathing as quite difficult to blow your nose while
running
🤣. I do feel “ blocked up” a lot in day to day life but just wondered if there were any tips for dealing with it? Thank you 😀

The rest of the run was on footpaths and grass fields and it didn't actually rain while I was
running
so all good. I regularly run 10k so a 8k (5 mile) race seemed like a good distance.

2023: W18R1 - canceled. (Personal log)
In addition, winter is approaching and so far this has almost always brought complications that led to the end of
running
. We'll see how it goes this year. Happy
running
! PS: I managed W18R2 on Wednesday (with difficulty, but YES! :-))

What happens if I miss running ?
So I would like to sing: - What happens if I miss
running
once? How will I return? - And what happens if I miss twice, or even 3 times? What if people miss out due to illness, for example? How do they get back then? Thanks for the anwers!

WEEKLY CHAT: June 3 to 9: Almost Holiday Season!
But, I digress…..
running
!! HU10 concluded (except for our eagerly awaited medals), so what next? For me that is easy. I need to finish the last couple of weeks of my HM plan with CB. Recent runs have had a greater focus on pace, and I am moving more quickly(less slowly!)
