Back Running
Today after not being able to run for a month due to a nasty chest cough managed local Parkrun not my best did a fair amount of jeffing but I did it boy have I missed being out running now to rebuild my Strength.

10K Running
I was running 10K weekly, as one of my runs and have a couple of 10K races booked next year. Now the nights are dark after work and cold, I'm running on the treadmill twice a week then a 5K parkrun on a Saturday.
Running Achievement
When it came to the questions, I could not believe that at least half were for me about my running, and after, when we had a break, more people and seemed genuinely interested.
Food and running
I am after a bit of advice please as I haven't quite worked out the right balance of food and running. I have tried getting up in the morning and going for a run first then eating breakfast after but find my energy levels aren't the best.

Drooket running
While I've been reading all your posts about running at the crack of dawn to avoid the heat, up north it has been rather a poor imitation of summer. Warm weather but not hot. Occasional sun, but more often than not it has been glowering clouds and all kinds of rain.

Running Vest Quandry
So I thought I’d ask the fountain of running knowledge about the pros and cons.
I can see it would be good to have water and gels etc on tap but do they jiggle up and down, are they hot to wear, obs you can’t take a layer off easily once on.
