10K Running
I was running 10K weekly, as one of my runs and have a couple of 10K races booked next year. Now the nights are dark after work and cold, I'm running on the treadmill twice a week then a 5K parkrun on a Saturday.
Running Achievement
When it came to the questions, I could not believe that at least half were for me about my running, and after, when we had a break, more people and seemed genuinely interested.

Drooket running
While I've been reading all your posts about running at the crack of dawn to avoid the heat, up north it has been rather a poor imitation of summer. Warm weather but not hot. Occasional sun, but more often than not it has been glowering clouds and all kinds of rain.

Happy reading, happy walking and happy running all!
Running Vest Quandry

✨Cool running…finally!✨
Before I knew it, I’d been running for just over ten minutes and it was time to turn for home. By now I’d settled into a lovely rhythm and when twenty minutes had passed I dropped to a walk.
Promenade Running
On a short holiday on the coast. So nice to run down the promenade with Jo Whiley and Bruce Springsteen. Just wish my name was Wendy. #BornToRun

More than Running
A quick post to recommend an interesting NRC run 'More than running'. A coach and a PT (physiotherapist? personal trainer? She's American and so I'm not quite sure but she sounded well qualified and knowledgeable) discuss running injuries and how to prevent and treat them. Food for thought.
