Holiday Running
You could hear the odd animal
running
through them but not seen! I continued the 1km of this doing the odd sprint then walk through them until i emerged from them on to the urbanisation where I had to locate my bearings to get back to Mum in laws house! It was 27c by 09:00hrs!

Promenade Running
On a short holiday on the coast. So nice to run down the promenade with Jo Whiley and Bruce Springsteen. Just wish my name was Wendy. #BornToRun

Running
Is it all down to muscle type, I know from my early teens I could climb up Snowdon mountain but I couldn't run quarter a mile. It got worse when I had malnutrition for 20 before I was diagnosed coeliac condition ,even then things didn't get better until I went on the Hate diet (Google Hate diet)š¤

running jacket
Iād like some advice on
running
jackets please. I hate
running
in the rain and always avoid it but with the weather weāve been having I might never run again so itās time to buy a
running
jacket. My problem is at they vary massively and I donāt want to spend a fortune.

Running shorts
Hi, does anyone have any recommendations for the best value āunder shortsā for men? I mean the ones that are Lycra that come to just above the knee (and stop chafing on longer runs š). There seems to be a massive range of brands and prices. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Cheers Chris!

Not Running,
I took a break over the weekend from
running
, and went swimming, I took part in the 750m Swansea Swim which was part of the Swansea Triathlon weekend, there was a 3000m and 1900m swim but the 750 was my distance, the atmosphere was amazing, everybody had smiles on their faces and were genuinely friendly

Enjoying running!
It's been raining in Derbyshire & quite cool but seems to be ideal
running
weather. I did my warm-up stretches, got Otto the dog ready & off we went.

Running wild
Lovely run today to complete week 8. On Isle of Lewis so really out in the wilds with nature for company. Delighted to find a fairly level run from outside the door of our cottage. It was a beautiful morning, not too hot but sunny and bright. Heard a cuckoo and a corncrake as well as lots of skylarks

Barefoot Running?
I recently read the book of the same name and found it really interesting and I am now curious and wondering if anyone here runs barefoot or with 'barefoot shoes'? Personally I hate walking barefoot but the sections (admittedly lightweight) that cover anatomy and evolution are very interesting and appear
