Interval running
Well tonight on Beyond c25k I did run 2, interval running, to help build speed, I have read a lot of runners moan about it, ok probably going a bit harder than me, but I loved it, got to the end of the session wanting more, For those of you heading to the end of C25k and don't know what to do, Beyond

Back Running
Today after not being able to run for a month due to a nasty chest cough managed local Parkrun not my best did a fair amount of jeffing but I did it boy have I missed being out running now to rebuild my Strength.
Food and running?
Well since my Diabetic check up and the none too impressed nurse telling me to change my ways I spent a couple of months getting my head in gear, the I can't go on living like this to the but I love chocolate and biscuits thoughts, chocolate and biscuits is a mighty foe, I started c25k on Jan 5th, finishing
Running books
Dexy5mentioned books as a cheaper option for running related gifts, so I thought I'd start a thread and look forward to hearing others' suggestions.
10K Running
I was running 10K weekly, as one of my runs and have a couple of 10K races booked next year. Now the nights are dark after work and cold, I'm running on the treadmill twice a week then a 5K parkrun on a Saturday.
Running During Radiotherapy
I wasn't sure how I would manage running during radiotherapy, so decided to wait and see. The advice from my medical team was that it was fine as long as I felt up to it in terms of skin irritation and fatigue. And I'm proud to say I've kept up with my normal running schedule so far.
Food and running
I am after a bit of advice please as I haven't quite worked out the right balance of food and running. I have tried getting up in the morning and going for a run first then eating breakfast after but find my energy levels aren't the best.
Running Achievement
When it came to the questions, I could not believe that at least half were for me about my running, and after, when we had a break, more people and seemed genuinely interested.
