It's raining again....
Got a cap on too, so my face is protected and my new
running
leggings which feel perfect. So all in all a good run, my shoes are no longer pristine! But I kept my feet dry. Just as well I got out when I did, as soon after I returned so did the heavy rain. Happy

WEEKLY CHAT;APRIL 8 to 14 - How Are You Doing?
His daily schedule often included
running
more than a marathon a day. I am sure that his story will be told at length at some point; I picked it up from national news yesterday, but he really went through the mill, not just the conditions (the last leg was through the Sahara Desert!)

knackered
I find the
running
hard, breathing is shocking and I sound like I smoke 100 ciggies a day, calves and thighs acheβ¦.. am telling myself doing something is better than nothing but any tips welcome before I start week 2. Joined this as hopefully Iβm not alone with my difficulties π

Fever with PD
I started
running
101. fever, not UTI or repiratory. What do I need to know about the effect PD has on this? Thank you in advance.

Have broken skull, but getting dizzy spells when moving, equilibrium, have turmeric at present, natural any other 'medications' suggestions?
Broke skull in 2018 from double epilepsy seizure, diagnosed in 2021 as terminal/brain damage, only relief from this is turmeric with black pepper, relief from lack of sudden movement, [walking uphill,
running
, etc], don't want mind numbing medications stuffed down my throat, or stuck in a useless hospital

RED February Week 2
So I booked another appointment and have now been advised to avoid
running
as I now have a hamstring strain, had laser, acupuncture and massage gun therapy yesterday and extra exercises added to the list.

NRC Starting Line - Run 1: ADVICE WELCOMED
It feels like a step backwards and part of me was thinking I was already on my own journey to increase my
running
time, so I could maybe jump into Week 2 or 3 of this, but I followed the "rules".

Post calf strain
So, I'd love some advice if possible on a) can I get back to
running
and b) should I just do some short 2 to 3 km runs for a week or so? Many thanks ππ
