Returning to working on my Ankle Flexibility
My worries have always been that this, quite significant difference affects my
running
, my walking and general other activities, without me noticing it directly.

How to tell the difference
Today out of nowhere I have the most horrendous pain
running
up my thump wrist and forearm. It not the same as my normal pain and so it got me thinking How do I tell the difference between my fibro pain and there is actually a problem?

2023: W14R3 - personal log - delayed entry..
I'm still
running
! I just can't keep up with anything again, so I'm late with the recording as well. Nothing special, a tired run after a flu shot and about four hours of sleep. But I'm not giving up yet! :-)

CATCH-up-CORNER...WEEK 3...Slip off the running shoes and come on in!
Maybe, if you have been
running
over the last few weeks, you are beginning to see and feel the seasonal changes... maybe you have run in the rain for the first time?

Best technique for getting through a huge puddle? Channel your inner Basilisk Lizard!
The rest of the run had smaller puddles that could be avoided, although at one point I was
running
up a river cascading down a hill. It shouldn’t have been fun but it was. The hot shower at the end felt extra good! Anyone else feel like they’re swimming as much as
running
at the moment?

I need tips to keep running
It would be great to hear about what other people have done to stay motivated and keep on
running
three times a week.

Week 7 - Done and Dusted
Can't believe that I am actually
running
25 minutes at a clip. It's slow, but that's ok. The Toxic Ten can be tough to get through, sometimes. And I've learned this week that every run is different. First run was great and confirmed that I could repeat what I did last week.

Running has carried me through
'I don't think you'll be able to keep
running
during radiotherapy' a nurse told me - fatigue being a major side effect. But I did. Sometimes I only managed 3k in 30 mins, but that still made a huge difference to me, mentally and physically. Last weekend I finally ran my first Parkrun!

Something Has to Give!!
I see the EP on Thursday but we are
running
out of options. I am waiting for him to tell me that we have nothing else left to try. If I could just sleep, things would be so much better..... The goofy Atach happens mostly at night, although it is beginning to happen more and more during the day.

Why is the first 3 - 4 minutes
running
so hard? Should I run a bit in the initial warm up period? Any suggestions?
