I’ve started turning Strava on when I start my C25K
running
as it tells me what I’ve actually done Today I completed day 2 of week 6 and my legs feel like jelly Onward and upwards

Running club going too fast...
So I'm back trying C25k again after injuring myself 2 years ago. I've joined a club with a school mum, but the runs they do are completely different to the C25k app and unsure if it's too much. So week 1 was 2 mims run, 2 mins walk. I then did the C25k app from home week 1. Went back to run club last

The last time I did any
running
must have been in the early 80's. So due to some minor health issues, high cholesterol and increasing blood pressure, I decided to get fit. I have to say I am loving it, really enjoy getting out and

Second time around
I really enjoy
running
but find the consistency difficult, any recommendations? Now, where did I put the knee supports.......?

Joggle Bells, joggle bells, joggle all the way 🎶🎶🎶
All to do with
running
, rowing and S&F working out. Reflections will come - I think - in a future post. I’m still planning to run on Christmas morning. For now, have a wonderful holiday break everyone!
