10k next year
My question is will I still be able to improve my 5k time and endurance eventually getting to the 10k, by
running
on a treadmill and only once a week on a road (parkrun), while it's dark and horrible after work. Once the clocks go forward, I'll be back out road
running
3 times a week.

running Shoes
I’m now on w7r2 I decided to get some new
running
shoes I took advice given by others and went to my gait checked out - now the proud owner of a pair of bright red trecking runners as I run along the canal best £125 I’ve spent in a long time

quick question
does anyone else suffer from pain on the soles of their feet after
running
. I’m on my feet all day at work on concrete floors which won’t help but the day after a run my feet are in bits any advice apart from find a new job .

Newbie - Should have wrapped up warm! Any tips? 😊
I don’t know if I brought it upon myself by
running
in shorts, a t-shirt and a flimsy
running
jacket in use cold conditions but I probably did. I just know that I got really hot when
running
so I thought I would be cold at the start of the runs and then be hot enough to withstand the cold weather.

Mirtazapine and Propranolol
I would be interested to learn about experiences Eg; what are the triggers for taking propranolol, the effects of propranolol on exercise such as
running
and cycling. Any comments or thoughts appreciated. Best wishes

CATCH-UP-CORNER... WEEK 2...HERE WE GO AGAIN... Please, come on in...
I am beginning to get back on track with my
running
.... nearly a year since Mr OF had his heart attack and everything went pear-shaped. I am one of the many who used C25K to build back to my
running
, ( not for the first time either). Progress was slow and steady, what else? .

Running on holiday
When we were there last year at this time, it was quite chilly at 7:00 so I’m quite looking forward to
running
there. Feel very privileged to be able to run in such wonderful surroundings!

running
, walking, skating, and jumping together and now we can not. I'm letting her down. I hate this disease
