A lovely summer trail run
Slow as the terrain was rough in places
running
through corn fields through woods jumping over streams. Clambering over styles that was a feat in itself! It was so beautiful and lovely meeting up with friends from the other group to! I am off on holiday now in Spain.

Lansoprazole irregular heartbeat
I have discovered sometimes I have an irregular heartbeat due to buying a new blood pressure monitor which flags it up.Due to supplies at the chemist
running
out I couldn't take Lansoprazole in the morning so took around 10pm along with the atorvastatin and Ramipril.

Good luck to our runners in the London Marathon today!
If you get a chance to watch any of the marathon today, know that these two runners amongst the crowd - Mark, who's
running
for his mum with PMR, and Graham who's
running
for his brother with GCA - have raised around £6,000 (including gift aid and EDF funding) so far!

A warm 10K ☀️🏃♀️👍
I was still planning to run, because we all know that
running
is so good for our mental health - and it’s why I started
running
in the first place. It started well enough, and the first few kms I kept to the zone quite easily.

5k reclaimed 🥳
I have been merrily working my way back through C25K and consolidating over the last months after having quite a long gap in my
running
. 2 weeks ago I ran 5k again for the first time in ages. It was absolutely brilliant!

Help!
I used to enjoy
running
, but have since fell off the wagon. I even ran a half marathon! I really want to get started with the Couch to 5K to hopefully restore my enjoyment with
running
. Any advice for someone who is about to start?
