Not running.. scared..
Just an update as I’m not going to be able to post a run for quite a while. I may post something in Active 10 when/if I can, but I’m not feeling optimistic at the moment. In fact the exact opposite. My new prosthetic leg is functionally promising. When it works I walk faster and straighter than before

First Post - long running Tinnitus that has got a lot worse
Hi - My first post. Over many years I have had on/off ringing (high pitched noise) in my ears which 100% I could rely on disappearing after several days. In the last 6+ months the high pinched noise has practically become a constant to the point it's the first thing I notice when I wake up and it's

When I complete Week 9 which is
running

running
distance 5k ?? I want to do a parkrun, in October so just wondered if the Week 9 runs are actually 5k ??

CATCH-up CORNER...WEEK 3.Come on inside.
So I just thought I would pop in, (again), a reminder in here, of how important it is to keep our bodies and our minds healthy and happy, whilst we are
running
. Our
running
legs have got a clear programme to follow, but we do need to keep the rest of our
running
body in trim too.

Exercise with mitral regurgitation
I am very reluctant to stop
running
as it helps my mental health. I feel the
running
is going to increase the dilation What do you think? gps, and consultants just says listen to your body". I am worried my body will speak out and its too late.

Nike running 14 week half marathon
Hi All Hopefully this is allowed as beyond c25k I'm back doing 5k 3 times a week want to improve and keep my interest, so looking at doing the Nike
running
14 week half marathon course. My only question is it has 5 runs a week which would break the don't run on convective day rule.

Week 2 done
Really starting to quite enjoy this though going from 90 secs to 3 mins
running
next week is a bit daunting. However, so many encouraging comments on here that I will trust the process.

New vlog/Dr Dr site - important statistic but not to do with OC survival
Everywhere I look I see people
running
the marathon, organising a campaign, going on TV, all to raise awareness for prostate cancer. But awareness of this couldn't be higher. And survival rates, tests, treatments, all great. 99% of men with PC will survive for 5 years, even if it's Stage IV.

Wet, wet and wetter
Not going to take coach Bennet's advice on the fun of puddles until I've bought some waterproof
running
shoes. My feet still haven't warmed up 🥶 Any recommendations for all weather
running
shoes and gear welcome.
