About to start week 3!
Its happened a few nights now and today both of my hands
running
down my wrists are very very sore. My knuckles were hurting on each hand (and one toe!) yesterday, not sure if that has anything to do with it. Hey ho. Despite that I'm still going to get out today, sore hands or not.

Week 1 Run 2
At first I felt like I "shouldn't" need to, like that I had been
running
longer times and should just get back to it properly...

10K Race
I have a 10K on the 9th July in 13 days, I will be
running
3 times a week but I'm wondering what distances I should be doing?

Uh-oh, stuff incoming!
This is me saying (or maybe whispering, gently) "I will still be
running
in the autumn." We are seeing friends later today; a visit that often includes a trip to TKMAXX. I am starting to see trousers that are actually comfortable to run in in my future. And
running
shorts for the summer.

🍏The unexpected
How life can change overnight… however if
running
has taught me one thing, it’s this… it doesn’t always go to plan… so find a way through! I will! Watch this space….

Has anybody had any experience with an endoscopy?
Saw the consultant in September and was impressed at how thorough she was regarding other problems
running
along side and said she wanted me to have an endoscopy. Now, over the years, I have had a number of operations without any worry. But, I am fretting over the endoscopy.

An easier run, but the knees aren’t happy
It’s like my left foot has been
running
the Marathon des Sables, not plodding along a riverbank! I’m not sure barefoot shoes for
running
are the way forward for me, but I need something different.

Autoimmune Encephilitis
They are still
running
all the tests, considering it to be autoimmune encephalitis. She tested negative for NMDA and an ovarian teratoma. We are still waiting for her complete csf tests to come back.

3 Rivers 15 mile Run Report & Rutland Night 10K - now Im tired!!
It was a very interesting race, haven't done a night race before, and seeing everyone
running
all lit up with
running
lights, and glow sticks was such a pretty sight. Im definately doing that one again next year, even more so if the medal is as nice!

5K Slow Run at the lakeside 👍🏃♀️😊
That’s only pretty much perfect for
running
! Shorts and tee shirt. Jacket for after the run was left in the car. (I get cold really quickly when I’ve finished
running
.) Weather permitting, I hope to run again at the weekend; a 3K run this time. 😊👍🏃♀️

Stage 4 rehab
I'm sure this will also pay dividends with the
running
. So a pretty full exercise regime now including walking
running
and strength work . That should all help keep the weight off as well 😊🤞

No wind this morning
There was no expectation on speed just an aim for 10km
running
to the next village knowing on the way back I could add to the run to complete the 10km but could also finish at 8km. At 6.5km decision made, aiming for 10km and successfully completed in 63.22 minutes.

Going with the negative splits!
As a bonus, when I checked the stats later I discovered that I had done negative splits - something I never seemed to manage when I was
running
over on the Bridge.
