Looking for a new clinic specialising in 40plus abroad?
I am 42yrs, so I know time is
running
out for any success. I am also single, so I know some countries won't accept that. I just want a clinic that has had good results and a good embriologist! If anyone has any suggestions can you please DM me? Thank you,

Am I a runner? Heck yes!
If you lace up a pair of
running
shoes, and you head out for a run- you are a runner! In fact, even if they aren't
running
shoes, and you head out for a run, you're a runner." I lace up my shoes and head out for a run - whether it looks like
running
to someone else doesn’t mean it’s not

Just had Bronchiectasis flare up. ? due to cold weather.. has that happened to anyone else ? are there temp guidelines for us bronchs?
Hadn’t had a cold or cough / not unwell … I can only put it down to the fact that I played tennis 3 days
running
… indoors …but when it was that very cold spell & it was cold inside ….? Caused lung inflammation? Has this happened to anyone else?

Struggling so much, need motivation to
I used to be in love with
running
but haven't liked it as much in recent years. Now I barely struggle to keep this programme up :( Its a mix of my health (I get tired easily) and motivation (I can be kind of down sometimes) Please please share any tips or motivation that help you.

Keeping on keeping on
Whenever I have a set back with illness or injury I always come back to
running
but I have a terrible tendency to get stuck on
running
shorter distances. I will run 2.5-3k and feel quite comfortable but I'll keep putting off going longer distances. It's ridiculous. I did C25k in 2019.

Week 5 begins
Few good
running
routes around where I'm going so should be fine. Can't wait to finish up work for Christmas and go to see family!

Well, that's another one ticked off - Week 6, Run 2
I'm
running
in the country park where I did the second half of C25K first time - plus much of my post graduation
running
. I wandered around part of a lake for my 3 minute walk. Did the second 10 minute run.

Thank you all 😄
I think the speed interval
running
will help. I tried one & really enjoyed it. Sorry not had the time to reply to each of you but I've read all your replies & appreciate them.

One year anniversary
I remember after that first minute
running
how I thought I was going to die and never get through the 9 weeks....but I did.
Running
has changed my life in so many ways, all that initial pain was definitely worth it.

Week 2, Run 2 done, ouch those ankles!!!
breaking up for Christmas), pretty breezy but still mild enough.Plodded round the estates, a bit of a struggle today as both my ankles were hurting each time they made contact with the concrete, I think it's just a case of getting in the runs and miles, obviously a bit more pressure on the ankles when

The Dark
I feel like I’m
running
up a really steep hill. I see a spot of light so fight with all my might. I see some faces which gives me a bit of go. All of them are people that died long ago. I fight and fight and gradually reach the light. The light is fantastic and so so bright.

Was it really 3 years ago?
3 years older since my last run and having had my 59th birthday in March, on Wednesday my feet started to almost itch to get my
running
shoes back on and so I’m back on week 1 with 2 runs down.

Along with diet and
running
over the last 3 months I've lost 10 KGs and want to lose another 10 and get that blood glucose level down. I kind of remember, or thought i did, that there was a NHS 5 to 10K podcast? If there is I can't find it or maybe I dreamt it? 🤷♂️
