W7R3 completed
I haven’t managed to tackle my diet even though I’ve been
running
and I’m sure the extra weight is part of my struggle to run easily. This week I have finally taken some steps to follow an eating plan and hope I’ll lose weight quite quickly. Feeling proud of myself!

At absolute rock bottom
I haven't found anything for the past 9 months and it just feels like time is
running
out for me. I'm almost out of money and my girlfriend is the one who is taking care of me right now.

Running club going too fast...
So I'm back trying C25k again after injuring myself 2 years ago. I've joined a club with a school mum, but the runs they do are completely different to the C25k app and unsure if it's too much. So week 1 was 2 mims run, 2 mins walk. I then did the C25k app from home week 1. Went back to run club last

#Photowalk Nov : Pumpkin murders
I ditched my warm coat and thick jumper for a
running
top and thin fluro jacket. I diverted up onto another route I know well. Up a steep path and onto a long and windy lane covered with leaf litter. After half an hour, I was feeling great and decided to start
running
slowly.

A fib and traveling need advice
I was
running
around doing errands and Dr. appt . Then when I was driving home my a fib started. I have paroxysmal a fib. Usually it lasts 14 -19 hours . My plane leaves at 9:30 am . So I will be leaving for airport around 7. Has anyone ever flown while in a fib ?

Back to it
Well, after a 5 day whizz around Norway I'm back to my
running
today. Managed to gain 1.7 kgs whilst on hols - quite impressive in such a short time - and feel so different to how I felt just a few short days ago after W5R2.

🍏Let it rain, let it rain, let it rain! ☔️
The only people out and about were these two desperate dog walkers (the dog was
running
way ahead of them) & a few keen runners on the prom. The sounds of rain and pounding waves were awesome.

Ouch!
I bought new
running
shoes becuase my last trainers were no good and though this would help but it hasn't. I just feel like I'm having to stop before I've really got started! What should I do, carry on through the pain or give it a break and then start again? Thanks

So go for that slow-motion
running
man! The additional video is worth a watch, as he talks about how to make other exercises more glute-y.

Göran Winblad’s 10min rule works for walking, as well as running!
Just wanted to drop a brilliant little video on here, to help us all get out there for our daily walks (or runs), especially on days when the weather looks quite uninviting. But once dressed and cozy and over the 5cm threshold, you’ll be glad to have gotten out there. This is the 10 min rule, which

Supplements and Running
I am at the "watch and worry" stage of CLL and I have been studying the literature in order to discover life-style changes (daily
running
helps) and supplements (curcumin and EGCG help - but not if taken together) that could delay the day when I have to start treatments.

Run once a week?
I restarted last month, doing the Week 1 runs at much slower pace than before, and only
running
once a week. So far so good. Is it OK to continue the rest of the programme by only
running
once a week, on a Saturday morning?

listen to your body
Really struggled with my 5k run this weekend - felt like
running
through treacle and legs so sore I felt like crying.
