It's another week when there's so much going on that it's all about being patient and checking off items on the list. One after the other... and stick it out.
I think three runs this week is beyond me, as well as increasing the distance.
I will be happy if I keep "my 7 kilometers"..
I tried a slightly different route, but again not much, because there is no time for experiments now. I'm glad it worked out.
Happy running!

It’s great you’ve recognised that building distance at three times a week is a bit much. There are a number of options-cut to two runs a week, only extend one run and keep the others shorter (that’s my preferred option) or perhaps take a lighter week or two to recover and catch up with yourself. Any of those is a sign of you being a great coach to yourself.
Thank you very much for the encouragement, but with that good coach it is not very true. In fact, I'm at a loss and I don't know what to do.
With C25K it was clear: The result is to run 5 kilometers 3 times a week.
But here I don't know at all. I ran the 10K right at the start. And what else?
I'm trying to keep some average distance and build up my fitness so I can run the 10K again and it's not as challenging as the last time. There are quite a few hills, but the bigger problem is lack of time and sometimes not enough sleep. Last Monday was very difficult and I probably won't have time at all on Friday. For now I'm trying to keep to 7km three times a week if possible.
But I have to find some time to find new routes, to buy and test new shoes (my favorite ones disappeared from the store and I suspect it won't be easy at all), I have to find some app that tells me I'm halfway through the planned distance to in time he could start returning when trying new routes here. But now is not the time for anything other than a bare daily routine.
