6 years of not smoking
I
quit
smoking
with Champix - the Champix didn't stop the cravings completely, but it did take the edge away. Once my sub-conscious registered that I was a non smoker the journey was easy. We
quit

in the sub-conscious - once the sub-conscious gets the message it's easy to

STRESS!!!
We have told him he MUST
quit
smoking
or he will not be allowed back. We were going to help him get a car (and all the adjustments done to it so he could drive) but then he started the smoking and how on earth would a 1-armed kid (and it's only 12" long) smoke and drive???

No energy after 4 months of quitting -
I
quit
smoking
4 months ago after smoking about 50 years at pack and half a day. I also retired over 2 months ago. I have NO energy. I have gained 15 pounds. I seem to be in a losing battle. I can't see losing weight when all I want to do is sleep.

Hi my name is Schele, I
quit
smoking
6 weeks ago and have gain 4 lbs. Some may think that is nothing, but when you are overweight to begin with that is a lot.

Desparate to quit smoking.
I am so addicted to cigs/nicotine and I am in major crisis. I have received the nicotine patch and the nicotine mist. I try to use these products and I have an allergic reaction. The patch leaves red welts and the mist closes my throat. I am in dispair, I have to quit! Any suggestions would be greatly

On the right track know smoke
Well my elders was right I would
quit
smoking
one way or the other.. I'm 53 it seems like I'm finding myself looking at my life .. stopping smoking by itself .. I'm done with coughing all the time .. can't breathe .. I'm not all the way stopped but I'm working on that to I'm already feel better.

Laproscopy recovery frustration
I've
quit
smoking
and finding that tougher than I thought, even slipped a couple of times! Constipation is horrid although suppliments are helping (I already eat lots of fruit and veg and drink several litres a day).

Rewards after quitting
To
quit
smoking
is definitely the most rewarding effort in our lives. Not only for the fact that it is much healthier but there is truly a new life out there. You see life in a total different perspective and do not hide behind the false happiness smoking gave us..!

Quit smoking
I have been
smoking
on and off for about 35 years. I once
quit
for 7 years, yep 7 years!!!, why would anyone start again? It can happen....not one puff again....this is a addiction from hell, and it's legal....so, I'm on my 4th week cold turkey, it is getting better.
