Nicotine withdrawal symptoms can lead quitters back to
smoking
When smokers try to cut back or
quit
, the lack of nicotine leads to withdrawal symptoms. Withdrawal is both physical and mental. Physically, the body reacts to the absence of nicotine.

Another reason to
quit
smoking
. Colder days and nights, no more opening doors and windows or standing outside while you have a smoke. Now you can stay in comfort, without feeling guilty or frustrated. Easier to get your breath when the air turns chilly.

Before you reach your quit date, try to understand what part of smoking actually satisfies you....
Here is a simple thought provoking exercise to try before your
quit
date; 1. Don't worry about stopping
smoking
but become really aware of each cigarette or roll up that you smoke and the whole process of smoking each individual one. What do you believe you really enjoy about it?

Stopping smoking and losing the ability to focus
Happily, after a couple weeks you
quit
smoking
, those extra neuroreceptors will become inactive, and the brain will work again without it.

you can quit for good!
Hi to everyone who wants to
quit
To give you hope - I tried to stop
smoking
five times before I was finally successful. The first four times I stopped but found that after a few weeks I was tempted and then went right back to where I'd been before.

Smoking sharply increases risk of certain cancers of the immune system and bone marrow
There are only two options to eliminate the illnesses caused by
smoking
– and they are to help smokers
quit
and to stop young people from starting to smoke in the first place.

Feeling fabulous at 50
I live in a very small village,
quit
smoking
at Easter this year, and I've been a keen power walker for a few years (sub 13min miles) and thought it was about time a took both feet off the ground as a new focus for staying off smoking.

Arghhhhhh heartburn
Also my chemist mentioned about an underlying problem with your stomach which is actually calmed by
smoking
..?? Apparently people only notice it when they
quit
as
smoking
has kept the symptoms at bay??!! Has anyone heard of that. Anyway I'm going to attempt to go back to sleep..night all
