Is it normal to have stomach pain/upset after quitting smoking ? I am on my sixth day, dont have any cravings and currently on champix ?
I have taken champix 5 years ago and did quit for 2 years but never experienced all these stomach pains before ?

I
quit
smoking
last year and piled on the weight, (I've always been on the bigger side!). I tried watching my diet and walking 10k steps a day with little effect, so decided to try running, I tried a few months ago before I found the c25k app but gave up.

Cannabis and alcohol, feeling frustrated and let down.
He has
quit
smoking
, although he still has minimum strength vape, and all the joints are made with herbal tabacco, but this seems to be his limit. He has supported me, grieved with me and put up with my researching everything. But it seems if he has to make a change he isn't interested.

My best friend died of COPD. Need answer
She was diagnosed with COPD few years back and she
quit
smoking
. She had been doing well but for past one year she would sleep a lot, sometimes would hallucinate, developed high blood pressure and suffered bouts of depression, all of which pointed to progressing COPD.

Now I've been
quit
smoking
for 8 months, my lung capacity is back to average and I'm not struggling as much with C25K! So excited for next week.

Wake up call?!?!
I asked casually, so, can we stop
smoking
now? He responded that he
quit
at 12:30 AM officially. My friends birthday was just yesterday. I’m glad he has had a wake up call to quit. He has a daughter, she’s early 20’s and has already lost her mother.

Returning to a full life - help!?
I've
quit
drinking,
smoking
and doing what I can to rest. But dying for some tips: I'm desperate to be back to work more predictably and wondered if anyone had any staggering tips, and am also dying to get back to exercise like yoga. Any advice would be gratefully received!

Increasing breakouts/acne
Here are some things that have come to mind, although I’m not sure if any of them could be it: The weather has been changing (transitioning to spring, and a bit of humidity - and some rain - in my area) I’ve been eating a bit more, as I

Gained to much
I
quit
smoking
1 year 9 days ago and I've gained 30lbs since July of 2017. I need to lost almost 100 lbs to get what I should weigh at. I've tried the low calorie diet before and get tired of counting. Now I'm going to try the low carb diet.

Day One
Hello :) I woke up this morning and decided that I was going to
quit
smoking
today. Every other time I've tried to
quit
it's been a planned process that always failed, so I'm hopeful that maybe because this has been on a whim that it will be different.

New to hypothyroidism
My weight is really getting me down as I have gained a stone and a half (I was already classed as obese) and although I have
quit
smoking
7 months ago and tried to diet, I am unable to shift the weight. Any help or advise would be much appreciated. My brain is currently frazzled!

Well it's been 1 year 6 days since I
quit
smoking
. Yes there are benefits that I love but I hate how I've gained 30 lbs. Now I'm working on that slowly but surely. As far as smoking.. I ask myself is it worth it and part of me says yes the other no.
