Decided to quit smoking...
Like the title says. It was spur of the moment. I went to a hypnotist two days ago. I think it kind of worked. The cravings are unbelievable, though. I am using my vape pen as a crutch when it gets really bad. I tried twice to have an actual cigarette, but put it out in shame after a few drags

I'm hooked on nicorette quickmist.
I
quit

4 years ago cold turkey with success but starting using nicorette quickmist when I had a craving. Four years later and I'm addicted to the stuff. I need suggestions on how to quit using it

how long does insomnia last?
I am making a final attempt to
quit
smoking
for good. I am on Day 8. Cravings have subsided but mental/habit need is still pretty strong. I tell myself daily NOPE (not one puff ever). I often ask myself what would a non-smoker do now. Keep taking it one day at a time for now.

Help for Cravings and Tough Situations While You're Quitting Tobacco.
How do I get through the rough spots after I
? • For the first few days after you
quit
smoking
or using smokeless tobacco, spend as much free time as you can in public places where tobacco products are not allowed.

Quit smoking 5 fags a day for 14 years and asthma has kicked off..
Hi peeps,I'm new to this forum 👋. Never really struggled with asthma since I was a teenager 20 years ago. At the age of 21, I started smoking roll ups. Never had asthmatic cough during the 14 years of smoking. Reason I gave up was because I took up vaping & preferred the taste of that to fags. But then

Diagnosed as asthmatic-Can I do C5K?
I
quit
smoking
11 months ago and have taken to walking as much as I can. However, I have now put on weight, especially around my belly, and started getting breathless where I hadn't before. Checked by the respiratory nurse who confirmed I am borderline asthmatic.

3 years smoke free!
It’s 3 years today since I
quit
smoking
& I feel so good about it. So anyone just embarking on this journey please stick with it as you will overcome the desire to smoke - just give it time. ☺️👍

I feel that when you smoke evrryones has something to say but there is not support after you
quit
. I am sick so I have to
quit
smoking
and I also really do not enjoy smoking anymore but it feels like it gives me the energy and takes away the depression. My little evil friend.

I am trying to
quit
smoking
. I am starting to change my diet. I will be surprised if my ultrasound comes back normal. Once that comes back I will tell my doctor to let me change my lifestyle changes for the next 3 - 6 months then do blood work and another ultrasound.

I’ve started zyban to
quit
smoking
and I’m not having to take as many ropinirol! I’m currently on 0.25mg down from 1mg! The only thing is I have really bad insomnia due to the zyban (not the RLS) can I take 100mg Gabapentin to help with the insomnia?

11 Feb 2023 Slowly but surely
Quit
smoking
, slow down on the drinking, STOP taking illegal drugs. Clean up your diet, with a few less iced bon-bons (a sweet biscuit). Start to be sensible about your life and health. Move, Exercise. Do it at home it is cheaper and a little less intimidating and cheaper than the gym.
