Well my elders was right I would quit smoking one way or the other.. I'm 53 it seems like I'm finding myself looking at my life .. stopping smoking by itself .. I'm done with coughing all the time .. can't breathe .. I'm not all the way stopped but I'm working on that to I'm already feel better. I'm proud of myself I know I got more to go but at least I'm on the right track 😀😎🤔
