Passive smoking and our pets
All pets are sensitive to nicotine so if you’re trying to
quit
smoking
you should always be very careful that nicotine replacement products such as patches, gum, inhalers or e-cigarettes are kept out of paws’ reach.

Friend or Foe ?
How do you feel about a friend who has to go everywhere with you? Not only does he tag along all the time, but since he is so offensive and vulgar, you become unwelcome when with him. He has a peculiar odour that sticks to you wherever you go. Others think both of you stink. He controls you totally

Vaping....
I
quit
smoking
many years ago, but i do vape, and just cant stop the vape, yes its an addiction like food can be, and now i read that vaping is bad I cant seem to stop no matter how much i try. Recently i was out of vapes and i really thought i was going crazy and i reluctantly bought more.

I
quit
smoking
quit
drinking almost a month ago. I can’t seem to calm down or relax. Even on kalanopin i just can’t be ok. I’m two minutes away from checking myself in, i can’t afford a private place, I’m so scared to be around other people and things.

How long till you felt “normal”
I had a heart attack about 4 months ago, I also
quit
smoking
at this same time. I just finished cardiac rehab. here’s my question… physically I feel good. And recently something changed and my chest area just feels different and better.

I really need some help and advice please.
I
quit
smoking
back when I was 30 and I’ve been unwell ever since. I’m now 38. They put me on levothyroxine about 18 months after I
quit
smoking
because my tsh went up to 11, my free t4 went to the bottom of the normal range, my free t3 went sky high. I also developed antibodies at 350.

Completely abstinent since April 16 also
quit
smoking
. Upon reading her notes about Friday’s visit she has brought up primary biliary cirrhosis or primary biliary cholangtitis (probably wrong spelling here) but same thing. This is new to me? Has anyone ever heard of or had experience with this?

Hello, an introduction
Took every positive from the negatives and
quit
smoking
(12 months smoke free) wish I'd done it sooner. Just come off my Ticagrelor meds after the 12 month prescription and hoping now I can start feeling warmer !! Feeling very fit and in the brink of joining a gym to do some swimming etc.
