TERRIBLE Brain fog
I also
quit
smoking
. The only thing now that I am still working on is my sleep schedule (go to bed at 23.00, now I go at 1.00 or 2.00) . The fog is there all the time and it is constantly the same. It just gets a bit better over time but it is still terrible. Any advices?

Is it anxiety or actual health problems?
I recently
quit
smoking
, and I don't drink. I'm freaking the hell out over this.

Life, death and missing people from the past
He was 78, I wasn't closed to him, my dad talks to him often, but he was a very nice person, he fought cancer 3 times never
quit
smoking
but he lived. I am a hopeless talker but I like talking to him, I just like he talks a lot, like the stories he would bring up and just the character he was.

Numb finger tips and hands
Hey Everyone , I
quit
smoking
2 months and 28 days ago. I’m starting to experience numb finger tips and hands. My hands really become numb at night when I lay down in bed... is anyone else having this Problem?

Couch to 5K returner
I did this a few years ago got up to almost 10K then stopped running now starting over and have decided to
quit
smoking
alongside ... 3 weeks under my belt! Couldn’t start from the beginning so tonight I’ve finished W7 R3. The first 10mins is still the hardest!

Anxiety on Testing and Endo Meeting
As I
quit
smoking
and my thyroid dips, I can then increase back to the full 25 T3. And then draw blood a week or two after, or until I see the Endo. Will call them tomorrow and see what dates they have in November. What are your thoughts? There’s never been a better time to
quit
smoking
for good.

quit
smoking
in 25 years. Getting bronchitis prompted this. I feel better but I am Crabby! It's getting better but sometimes i can't even stand myself! Lol. Hearing other people success stories helps!

Non smoker again 4 good
Though I only was smoke free for 11 months before I relapsed back into
smoking
. All the time after I
quit
I wished I never did that ,but we had 5 loved ones pass away in our family within 3 months. I let it get the best of me, but when I realized what I did.

Moral of the story….although you suffer now and damage done…… to
quit

counts 100% in our favour in our future…..

Smoking- does it really matter at this point?
I see many posts of people who
quit
smoking
15 years ago or more but end up with copd and/or lung cancer. It really makes me wonder why I quit. I gained 20 lbs, ( I’ve never been overweight before) and still can’t breathe outside in the summer- heat and humidity kill me.

Starting again
It's been 7 years since I
quit
smoking
in 2011. One thing I could never get over or beat has been the depression I have felt from quitting. I felt less anxious but more depressed after the second week.

1 week in but wow
After 5 years of a slight cough and still needing puffers I decide to
quit
smoking
to hopefully leave the puffers behind once and for all but my asthma after 1 week feels the way it did before I smoked.
