While this forum helped me a lot during some hardships (I also was a part of Quit smoking), I must bid you all good bye. I have decided to fulfill my weasel'y avatar name's purpose and QUIT once more I want to reduce my internet time severely and stop reading about mental problems, as I tend to overthink about anything I read about.

I thoroughly enjoyed helping people and being helped here. You all are inspiring in the sense that you do not just sit and sulk. You found this forum, you are trying to solve your problems actively. Doing something is already miles ahead of doing nothing.

Everything is not caused by your anxiety. Tell yourself I must have picked up a bug of some kind , which it probably is. Treat yourself kindly while you are not feeling good and tell yourself over and over again that this is nothing serious going on and this too shall pass. As you know if it is anxiety worrying about it will only feed into it and you don't need that !! I'm sending you a great big hug and assuring you that everything will be okay again!
