I'm pretty sure I could have run longer today, which I guess is a good thing as I looked at the next run... 25mins none stop.... Gulp... Looks frightening, but I've done all the runs up to that, and I've seen loads of you lot do this, so bring it on.
Yesterday I got some running socks, as recommended by some friends. All things I would not understand just a couple of months ago.
I "came out" as a runner on my other social media stuff, and got alot more support rather than the piss takening I was expecting. One of friends did say "no offense but I can't image you running"
When I told my Dad, he just turned round and said "why? What's going on, you quit smoking, starting running have you joined a cult?"
I am so glad I started this, I have notice my fitness improve loads, and I can give it that little more at gigs.
Im sure I'm gonna right a song about this experience....
I know it's not easy, but one foot in front of other I'll get there.
