Needing advise
I
quit
smoking
, but guess it was too late , cause I am literally at the edge of feeling like the fish out of water. Can my thyroid be making the COPD symptoms worse? Maybe my thyroid has stopped working and I am reaping what I sowed by not taking meds for all these years.

30 Something and Tired
I want to
quit
smoking
. I want to start eating better. I want to start excercising. I just never seem to have the "gumption" to do it. I am always so tired and hurting. I had my testosterone checked and it is good. What can I do to get over this "hump" and get my life on track ?

Really bad insomnia
4 nights now without sleep. I am trying so hard but this is doing my head in. I have loads to do tomorrow and I know it won't go well. I can't really understand if this is the champix or something else. I had some disturbed sleep right at the beginning , but ster the 1st week, waking up was the problem

Day 8 Champix
I really want this to be a successful
quit
and some people on the interernet say keep
smoking
until you are feeling the lack of desire so you don’t give up too early and fail. That makes sense to me.

AFIB - CHEST PAINS
I am 32 years old and had my first AFIB episode around 4 months ago, this was heavily due to lifestyle,
smoking
, drinking and in particular stress. Since then I have
quit
smoking
, drinking and caffeine so I am taking positive steps in the right direction.

1 Episode of PAF at 46.
My real bad habit is
smoking
which I am struggling to
quit
. I was on Tambocot but quit that. Should I still take Eliquis since I have had no other episodes?

Hey all please can you help me quit in order to pursue my singing career.
I'm trying to
quit
smoking
in order to pursue my singing career. I have a major passion for music but my smoking addiction has had me hooked for the past 12 years. I started smoking at the age of 16 and have smoked ever since.

Completely
quit
smoking
cigars and drinking alcohol (beer). Reduced salt intake...and dropped about 20 pounds. He gets re-scoped in Feb. and they talk TIPS and BRTO as a way to prevent a bleed from every happening. He is currently on BB and Acid reducers.

I am going through menopause and I have
quit
smoking
and I am in my head all day long which is not a great place to be. I think I came here today just to sound off and I shouldn't even post this bc I know its very depressing and selfish. I know I can do better.

Odd information from researching showing anti-inflammatory results of... Beer?
If my memory is right one source was from the Arthritis Foundation, which advocated
quit
smoking
and
quit
the soda to vastly decrease the risk of RA. Of course it can't cure it once you have it, but it says it's a preventative measure.

I'm finally ready
After some failed starts, I think I'm finally ready for the full
quit
. I scheduled a trip with a non-
smoking
friend to kick off first 5 days, but I notoriously fail when I get home. This time, I made it and haven't even been tempted.

Having difficulty coming to terms with mild emphysema diagnosis - anxiety and feelings of hopelessness.
I feel really scared and alone and I can’t believe I’ve done this to myself, the thing is I could never
quit
smoking
before as it made my anxiety feel worse, and in turn it fuelled my anxiety.

After I had very disturbing anxiety and panic attacks when I
quit
smoking
, I suddenly became aware of the very random thoughts I have all the time. Might be just maturing( just hit 30) as work and family became priority, but sometimes my inner monologue goes off the rails.

New .... advice please?
I’m kind of thinking it’s a blessing as I’ve been sent a message to
quit
smoking
and live for my child who really needs me but I’m still struggling to understand my diagnosis and wondered if anyone has any advice? Thank you 😊 xx

Black phlegm from almost 7 months
Hello Everyone, I have
quit
smoking
before a year and from that I am seeing black phlegm. My HRCT for two times was clear there was no problem with lungs. I don't have any idea what is going with my body. Sometimes the mucus was also little red.

TERRIBLE Brain fog
I also
quit
smoking
. The only thing now that I am still working on is my sleep schedule (go to bed at 23.00, now I go at 1.00 or 2.00) . The fog is there all the time and it is constantly the same. It just gets a bit better over time but it is still terrible. Any advices?
