Stubborn Anxiety
Meditation
, sitting outside, music, curling up with my pets, writing in my journal. Just can't seem to shake it. Wondered if anyone else has been feeling this way.

Misdiagnosedive Dr Phibes.........
Massage therapy and music therapy and
meditation
are all high on my list of pain relief today. They are not a cure, but they all help some. I want to thank you all again and feel I need to find out more about it ( Just in case I do have it.)

Not feeling connected at all
I know exercise,
meditation
and journaling may be beneficial; is there anything else? Or maybe I should just do the above more regularly.

Found a cure for myself!!!!
I did and then I found out that she does personal coaching so I started with personal coaching I have been working on
meditation
Using guide cards. cleansing chakra work and using her guidance. it’s not hockey pokey which was my view before . It’s about utilizing energy .

Led my first zoom group
It was on
meditation
and relaxation. Which is ironic that I felt slight distress about. It went pretty much the way I planned it to, so I'm glad :)

I dont understand.. Loved ones are worth the effort of working through problems but I didnt get that. Maybe they didnt know how? 😢
It took alot of
meditation
to understand how my behaviour changed so much but I really wanted to understand. Once I understood I gave a full explanation. I told her mum that yes I had been attracted to her daughter but that wasnt the issue at all.

Views on natural treatments?
I’ve recently started talking therapy and CBT as well as daily
meditation
, but wondering if there is something else I can try alongside these? Maybe I’m clutching at straws though?

Any advice at all?
I’ve tried alternative therapies, such as reiki, yoga,
meditation
, deep breathing. You name it, I’ve tried it. The symptom I’m talking about is chest pain. I can’t stress enough, that it is NOT anxiety caused. I have anxiety, BPD, depression, and PTSD.

Will I ever live a normal life again?
As you all know, there is no medical cure but if you work with your mind and practice
meditation
or mindfulness you could get better (please correct me if I‘m wrong). Well I‘m just kind of scared that I‘ll never get better.

How many people are focusing on solutions
I'm eating healthy food, and exercising, listening to positive uplifting Ted Talks, scriptures,
meditation
, mindfulness, hypnosis on You Tube I accept my Depression, and Anxiety but choose to not to focus on it and instead focus on activities that reduce it so I can live a better life

Finishing the biggest project of my life!
After 8 months of treatment (medication, very little CBT, and some mindfulness
meditation
), I feel that I am still at the same place as when I started. The pandemic and the lockdown did not help as staying at home for 3 months I did not make any progress at all.

ADHD and Anger
I've been trying
meditation
and mindfulness for 8 months, but it didn't really help for this. This has been happening for years now, ever since I graduated college.

Help for a newbie in despair!?!
I’m working lots on keeping the PMA (positive mental attitude) through
meditation
, being in nature, keeping focussed on following my dreams... but more and more of my life is passing me by, while I’m in pain, exhausted or both and I want to get excited about the next chapter.

Night difficulties
I’ve tried going to bed earlier, sleep stories,
meditation
etc and none of it really effective. It seems like my brain and body are determined to stay awake. Any guidance or advice very welcomed. I hope you’re all ok and being kind to yourselves xx
