I MADE DOOZER RUN WITH ME!
I did my body scanning
meditation
technique and told my limbs and joints to relax as rain was splashing in my eyes and I saw Doozer ahead of me running. The next 60 second run I found surprisingly really easy. My body was totally relaxed.

Life is so cruel
My mum has recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer aswell finding it really hard to cope I’ve had medication didn’t work tried mindfulness

Feel like we are always arguing

/yoga etc to de-stress also sounds lovely but where would I find the time and/or money? Has anyone else had this? Any suggestions? Don't want to be always walking on eggshells or rubbing each other up the wrong way.

Unmutated been WW 10 years
I upturned my life about five years in, turned to macrobiotics,
meditation
, less stress. Recently I left a bad marriage. I haven't needed treatment all these years. So the WW can last a long time even with unmutated. Alas, now my WBC is up, my spleen is 13 cm and I'm showing signs of slight anemia.

But now I am proud and extremely happy to say that I feel amazing, after really becoming disciplined and conscious/ constant with my diet,

Trazadone - better than melatonin but with the same problems Sleep “hypnosis”/

off balance feeling numb and disconnected I was struck on my couch for a week and today I was able to go to my bathroom but I panicking bad and I still haven’t left my house and my boyfriend broke up with me because of my depression and anxiety am been praying reading my bible and deep breathing

, and I exercise a lot.. If anybody has any tips on how to cope with the hole I feel in my stomach and the constant urge to cry all day, I would appreciate it. And a big hug to all. You are very courageous (and I try to tell myself that too :))
