PA and Adrenal exhaustion
I've also started deep relaxation and
meditation
to slow down an over- energised nervous system compensating for almost non-existent healthy energy. My hypothesis now is that, after years of trying to live life and as my B12 levels declined, I was living off adrenal energy increasingly.

Bolts Brainwave Entrainment Protocol
query=40+hz
So... benefits:
1: There is research that
meditation
helps PD. And they say that when you meditate you get your brain into the Gamma frequency range. Well I have never been able to meditate. Or if I do meditate I can't tell that I am. I just sit there bored.

Psychiatrist might be into pseudoscience. Into Joe Dispenza. Need advice.
There has been proof that neuroplasticity exists and that
meditation
can have benefits. However, the layers with these claims more extreme claims; that the mind can heal the body in pretty much "magical" ways.

Meditation
in today’s world can show up in so many ways. I have been using a lot of
meditation
apps during the day to take a quick break and shift my energy when needed. Curious to see what you all do to meditate in today’s world.

People of HealthUnlocked: Tinnitus: A Tyrant and Teacher
A lot of the things that keep me well, mostly yoga and
meditation
, involve silence. When I first developed tinnitus these became excruciating to the point where I gave up
meditation
completely and left yoga classes feeling distraught.

Not Myself
I’m having problems Evan writing this, I’ve tried just about everything from counseling, medication,
meditation
, it has gotten so bad that I had to place myself in the hospital so I wouldn’t do anything.

PhD Stress/Anxiety
I have done mindfulness
meditation
for anxiety and it helps a tiny bit. I have a college counselor who I have had problems with. My last session with her was OK.

How do I stop myself from sabotaging my life?
I think that's why dbt, cbt, breathing, and
meditation
isn't working for me; it's because part of me won't let it work. Does anyone else struggle with this?

My Life with ADHD
I tried
meditation
, which is effective in bringing me to focus and be present. But it was not sustainable because it takes time. However, I think it is the only way to survive

Any way of lessening essential tremors? Usually you should try this drug, or this, etc, would meditation be a relieving way?
I use my old faithful laptop a lot [okay just over two years old, but microsoft thinks it is old enough to get upgraded🙄] I am 67, retired but typing is a nightmare, I suppose mainly due to my colourful, array of medical conditions, but I want to stay away from medications, because I KNOW they are

Fragile, broken, and tired
He isn’t one for meds, head doctors or
meditation
. I keep telling myself that I will eventually find a job and then hopefully I can settle down a bit. I keep saying that this too shall pass but it’s not working. I’m so tired of it all. So tired I hate to be a downer.

Struggling to manage work with Lupus
I tried breathing and
meditation
but they aren't enough now that my anxiety levels kept climbing. Losing hope for the future. I'm sorry for being so depressed. It just that I can't find a different mode lately. Would appreciate any thoughts or ideas. Thanks for listening.

Daily anxieties carry over to bedtime?
Exercise seems to help but I cannot really go for a vigorous walk at 2:30am as much as I know it would help; In honesty, I have not tried
meditation
or yoga, due to my upbringing I have a deeply ingrained "all or nothing" attitude/mentality which is especially challenging when dealing with mental health

Opening Nights and Curtain Calls
This came to me after a
meditation
session. Stay Fierce fellow warriors. Opening Nights and Curtain Calls This is not a dress rehearsal. This is the real thing. You’ve been preparing for this all your life, Each moment is opening night. If you stumble or forget a line.
