I am claiming this Sunday as Stress-Free Sunday
I layed there and did some
meditation
and it eased the pressure. Took my BP and it was still up. It's lower this morning and the pressure has subsided for now. I'm doing nothing today hoping it will all go away. I will call the Dr tomorrow if it isn't. I'm sure it's just stress.

We had a pleasant supper then he went outside to shovel show while I retreated to my office for my

that I couldn’t hear the wind howling anymore so I peaked outside and surprise, surprise, it looked relatively calm!

is also an important part of helping myself with anxiety, but if that's my sole motive-utterly divorced from the Indian goals of Nirvana or Moksha, am I being disrespectful by doing that? It's hard because the boundaries are so grey, and I can't stop obsessing.

Bisoprolol versus pill in pocket!!!
Waited for it to subside, relaxed, breathing,
meditation
, lots of water which is the norm for me, but nothing helped. Finally at about 3 o clock I took another bisoprolol and within half hour the AFib symptoms started to go away. I just got to get off the bisoprolol.
