Let go of the EGO.
Meditation
is the key to calming down the mind (the ego). Then your true self will come into being. Be in the NOW. Don't think of the past, don't worry about the future. Everything happens in NOW.

My Blood Sugar Readings today !

Habituation Woes
I spend so much time now not doing things I like, instead wasting my time on

I went gluten free, sugar free, cut down on diary, caffeine, increases green veg, probiotic, yoga/ stretching, walking, mag/ cal/ vit/ iron supplements + acupuncture every two to three weeks for 3 months, + group

It induces the same state as
meditation
which helps reduce thoughts from a restless mind. It creates quietness and mindfulness. Paint by numbers isn’t too far off either as it’s kind of the same but a different form of art. Seasonal depression lamp. Another thing I got as a gift a few years ago.
