Advice wanted
Doing my
meditation
daily, exercising etc and still on my 20mg of prozac a day. It would be so easy to go back on my 2.5mg of zyprexa, would this then get rid of my leg problems and tick problem in my eye...I don't know.

Before bed I will have a yoga nidra, guided

I think stress has me in flight mode, I've been watch Joe Dispenza videos on YouTube, I'm going to try

. Their is one lady that had Parkinsons and she's been following his program and is now symptom free. I would check him out, I think it's very interesting.

Escitalopram side effects?
I've tried Therapy for a year,
meditation
and yoga but anxiety and panic attack out of control when I don't have control of certain aspects of my life. I was really worried about side effects. Supposed to be taking 5mg for three days and increase to 10mg. Day 2 and no side effects yet.

Some Improvement & Lack of Direction
As of last week, I've finally given

Need help with night/early morning panic attacks. How do you control the subconscious dream state?
I have got very good at controlling my day panics and pain with

and herbal remedies (decided not to take the medication route). But I've developed night tremors now, which wake me up during my nightmares, roughly 3 times a night. Each lasts about an hour.
