Thoughts, !
To everything is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven, Ten minutes of
meditation
per day can help us be Happier, more optimistic, and more spiritually aware.

Seriously it is okay
There are many ways, just a few are mood enhancing music, bright warm colours, philosophy, eastern philosophies,
meditation
. No seriously there are drugs as well, but trust me they can be really dangerous having overdosed several times they are not any kind of solution.

Feeling fine
realization made me calm because i would panic constantly for no reason , and i just looked at myself thinking, all what i thought is irrational, and i just caused myself unnecessary panic over things im not in control of, ofcourse though this is not alone what helped me calm , i did find coping methods like

Practicing meditation?
My therapist says she wants me to practice
meditation
because it will retrain my brain from this constant state of anxiety I’ve gotten into. Does anyone find this has worked? I thought
meditation
would just relax u in the moment but the retraining my brain had me interested.

Cycles
Meditation
and self-awareness are phenomenal things. I am using both daily whether I feel good about it or not. What I've found is that I go through cycles. Cycles of happiness and relaxation. Cycles of worry and irritability. Cycles of confidence and productivity. Cycles of anxiety and fear.

Advice wanted
Doing my
meditation
daily, exercising etc and still on my 20mg of prozac a day. It would be so easy to go back on my 2.5mg of zyprexa, would this then get rid of my leg problems and tick problem in my eye...I don't know.

Support someone with Anxiety
If they ask for advice, suggest something helpful; for example: mindfulness
meditation
, yoga, exercise, or something else. If you get the sense that they are in a desperate condition, suggest (don’t recommend) that they perhaps see a medical professional for a consultation. #7 – BE YOURSELF.

Update on Zoloft / health anxiety
I have been doing progressive relaxation to fall asleep, and
meditation
. I did
meditation
this morning again. Oh - one thing that came up. My thyroid TSH has been a little high. Everything else is normal.

Tricks for That 2:00 AM Terror
Then I turn on my
meditation
guide (either through Alexa or an app) and allow my thoughts to center around the words from the calm voice guide. If I'm too lazy to do all of that, I can sometimes guide it myself.

So I am all about sport,
meditation
and therapy. But again that is very personal. But maybe some other people will find some sense in this too? Anyway let me know how do you cope with IBS at work I am interested.

Death - TRIGGER WARNING
Trying everything I can think of (therapy, meds,
meditation
, prayer, affirmations), and only getting a little relief, for a short time. So, although I would never commit suicide, I think I will be relieved when life is over.

I think stress has me in flight mode, I've been watch Joe Dispenza videos on YouTube, I'm going to try
meditation
. Their is one lady that had Parkinsons and she's been following his program and is now symptom free. I would check him out, I think it's very interesting.

My Day.
Before bed I will have a yoga nidra, guided
meditation
. You have to work at feeling better, it does not happen unless you do something. Tomorrow, Bullworker work out 1 hour, then a 10 mile walk.

It wasn't easy, but I'm still here ...
I used Chakra healing chants, herbs, vitamins, and
meditation
after regaining my strength living in a motel. I am SO VERY GRATEFUL I survived.
