Cortisol and insomnia
Have tried a number of things to help with the insomnia, Nytol,
meditation
, melatonin, having a protein and fat meal before bed, taking all my T3 medication before bed, CT3M method but no joy. I'm wondering if high cortisol could be causing the issue.

I haven't started yet, im trying to cope with exercise and

PRAYING WISHING HOPING
Feeling this morning mix of frustration and anger now calm used my

I thought about starting my day with my yoga and

He was doing his

, Reiki, listening to science videos and politics until very recently. He always helped and supported people around him. I call mum and dad probably every 2 hours to see how dad is. When i am on a whats app call to him I dont even know what to say any more.

Tomorrow is getting brighter and today was great.
I have been able to get them under control using a breathing
meditation
and remembering to be in this moment and time, something I read from the great folks on here. I haven't had panic attack or thrown up since the first couple days of being on my meds.

Suffering from anxiety disorders, need help
I make yoga and

but it is not sufficient. i have a big to do list and i get anxious of my to do list because i cannot finish it all. i feel even the simple tasks i dont have energy to make them like having breakfast, cooking, having a shower. i feel sometimes like a looser. i have a sick leave

Tried all the whale music and
meditation
which helped but was shaking all over and having to have a pee every 15 minutes. You would have thought that after 30 years experience I would take it all in my stride. Sadly AF plays mind games with my head and I cannot control my emotions.
