Thoughts, day 5 on Vyvanse; day 10 after being diagnosed
n -Light and the world seemed a bit muted, not as vibrant, but it was easier to focus (I have been doing mindful
meditation
for a bit and with the meds I wasn't "swirmmy." and didn't check my timer to see if I had gone too long or it hadn't gone off.)

Dr Andrew Hill on neuro feedback. From Energyblueprint
Hill’s research and experience can validate other forms of brain training (like binaural beats). How does this kind of training differ from classic
meditation
(or is it just a short-cut to the same destination?)

helps and staying in the present helps I notice. Anyone else take it upon yourself the burden of trying to control things so that no one gets hurt? I can’t stand other suffering it’s really hard to see.

Bloods & Ive upper my levo.Constipationp🥴
I sleep 2-5 hrs per night (do
meditation
/ yoga etc!!) I feel brain dead most of the time, cold & my balance is poor. I am hoping you are able to advise me on my medication .. levothyroxine level 125mcg as my GP doesn't know I have increased it. I thought it would help my constipation.

I CAN’T TAKE CREDIT FOR THE FOLLOWING HELPFUL APPS!! Fearoffear originally told me about them and I give many, sincere thanks 🙏
I use this one for
meditation
which I have always struggled with because my mind always wanders. Don’t let yourself get annoyed. Simply just slowly turn your focus back to where you left off.

Anxiety Attacks
I am currently managing anxiety with therapy, mindfulness

, excercise, and just trying to educate myself as much as possible on the topic.

Post concussion syndrome
I started doing
meditation
for the first time on a daily basis after being recommended it and found it to be invaluable. For me it feels like this had the most positive effect, especially when I felt anxious, skittish or could tell I was going back into a slump.

New to tinnitus and need hope.
My happy place has always been silence and
meditation
and I no longer have it. I feel bereaved. Please tell me that there is hope and that it is possible to live a full life with this and to eventually make space for it and integrate it as just another part of me and my experience.

Vertigo and drop attacks - help
I’ve tried yoga, reducing caffeine and
meditation
Any tips and ideas to manage those would be great.

Afib has reared its ugly head again big time, for me.
Yes I know my anxt is probably making the situation worse, I’ve tried relaxation and
meditation
but just can’t let it go. I am sorry to be such a winger I know a lot of you have had much worse Afib to deal with.

New OCD Diagnosis. Looking for Helpful Information. I am struggling. My name is GentleDiva.
I was counseled by a professional to take the tune of allowing them, but using a mindful
meditation
mindset to see them and then bring your attention back to what you are doing, in mindfulness. Keep doing what you are doing all day long even with the thoughts still there. I like that.

Bridesmaid anxiety
Such as breathing exercises,
meditation
, and putting myself outside of my comfort zone. However the things I am doing to push against any anxiety are still things I'm initiating, within my control and on my own schedule. A few days ago one of my closest friends asked me to be their bridesmaid.
