My Mucuna Trip. Enjoy the humor!
I’ve changed all that though, and the changes began with B1 in 2018, Joe Dispenza
meditation
in 2019. 2020 included a diet change, whole house water filtration system removing fluoride. I’ve completely restored my balance 100%, rise from a chair with ease, roll over and turn in bed.

My doctor rang me. I am taking 15mg mirtazapine and have been doing since late last year. I asked him to ring me as I am getting worse. He asked if they were working and I said I honestly don’t know if they help or are causing more problems psychologically. He then asked if I wanted to taper off them

You can achieve this with mindfulness practice,
meditation
, or breathing therapies, that have no side effects, and I can reasure you it works.

AM I MISSING SOMETHING?.....
Great I thought - I felt as though I had ( which could have something to do with the
meditation
app I've been listening to to help me off to sleep 💤 - it works!) Then when I came to, I suddenly realised that this COULD NOT BE POSSIBLE.

Exhaustion and muscle pain
I did the usual things like yoga, baths, relaxation
meditation
etc. But I started to get the shakes, muscle pain and exhaustion when I went up the stairs or went for a jog (I was a runner at the time).

40 years of pain
Meditation
, you name it. 3 dietitians, seven gastroenterologists, Alergy tests. All of it. 40 years of dying in excruciating pain. Here is what I figured out for myself and they still think I’m nuts for it. Every single time my stomach goes off, cramping, bloating , spasms, my sinuses run.

Am I the only one on the planet or do others also experience occasional pain in heart for a second, centre of chest with ecotpics ?
I've taken care of my anxiety/stress disorder with exercise, diet,
meditation
, aroma therapy, music, visualization and just being mindful. However I do get anxious from time to time and when I am I get more ectopics than when I'm totally relaxed.

First good weekend in a while.
But the best relief was brought by 2 things that I started to do this weekend: breathing exercises and
meditation
and hearing David Goggins talk: https://youtu.be/5tSTk1083VY.

How To Create a Sanctuary
Create an altar with crystals/and or
meditation
space. 8. Put a Keep Out/Do Not Knock sign on your door. 9. Smudge your space with Sage to clear any negative energy. If you all have any more tips I could add, please post them here!

Scared
I am back in therapy, doing
meditation
and deep breathing daily, and I began journaling. Nothing seems to be working. The past three days in a row have been really tough. I avoid Xanax because it makes me feel frighteningly low. I have trouble eating properly when I feel this way.

Can you take your anxiety into bed with you(hypnic jerks, heart palps) if you first don't calm down, decompress a few hours before ?
Is it true that if you did solve this its becuase you worked out, did yoga, mindful
meditation
, maybe smoked a joint before going to bed or a few hours before calmed yourself down ?

So I found a curious little "steps to take when you feel bad" web page
I'm always on the lookout for resources ranging from
meditation
youtubes for (whatever emotion or concern) to group events focused on happiness (I found one for later this week!) There are online chat meetings I sometimes use, too.

Painting is therapy
Meditation
is great for the mind, body and soul, it can be used in different forms like yoga, cooking, music even just breathing. Painting & drawing are one of my ways of meditating & therapeutic. It’s helped to give me focus, enjoyment and a little bit of me time 💜.

Cancer Personality?
What this does for me is give me pointers on what I need to work on and I am taking this golden opportunity of currently having no measurable disease to do just that by means of yoga,
meditation
largely.
