How can I be strong for them? What if I’m not okay?
I try so hard, exercise,
meditation
, prayer, reading, healthy eating, sunshine out in nature, I don’t know what to do anymore. I look in the mirror and I don’t even know who I am anymore; it’s a scary feeling. I know the mind is powerful I should watch what I choose to focus on.

Looking for some support please..
I've been doing all of the usual things that drive you crazy, obviously giving up all of the bad, tasty and fun food and drink, exercising more,

I've never been good at

/ reflection / etc. But was looking at Martin Shaw's (the actor) story. Back in the 70's he was a hellraiser and suffered injuries and even a fractured skull in a fight - but discovered the value of

and a spiritual path.

Distraction from Parkinson's Tremors
My mind is "somewhere else", maybe I'm daydreaming Then I become aware I have no tremors Suddenly, the tremors start I try to stop them They get worse Until I get distracted again into a day dream I'm trying to learn to let the distraction happen rather than make them happen

It’s our own fault we are ill!!!

, yoga, mindfullness is the way. We should think poitively (of course we should - how do we do it when we can’t even turn round in bed, heave ourselves off the toilet, etc etc)? We don’t need to take so many drugs (the pain is all in our heads)!
