Found a cure for myself!!!!

Hi all

I posted a few posts awhile back but mostly I just read

I have suffered with anxiety and depression since I was thirteen

Most likely triggered by childhood abuse but having said that I have constantly been trying to find ways to alleviate symptoms and move on with life

You name it I’ve tried it. Not a drug I have not tried . Been to many a therapist I’ve been hospitalized numerous times it’s been an endless journey.

I want to share something that has changed my life you can either take it or leave it.

Just for fun a few years back I went to see a psychic she was Good and she had a few things that really made sense. Every time she said something I kind of thought would this apply to my friend Suzanne Or Tina. It certainly did not so she was bang on on a lot of things.

I came across her business card the other day and thought what the heck let’s do a reading. I did and then I found out that she does personal coaching so I started with personal coaching

I have been working on meditation Using guide cards. cleansing chakra work and using her guidance. it’s not hockey pokey which was my view before . It’s about utilizing energy .

I cannot tell you how good I feel. I’ve never felt this free. I’ve never slept so well woke up so energized. I’ve never felt this happy I’ve never felt this relaxed and I seem to finally be OK

I think I just happen to be very blessed that I found the right person with the right words right away but if you are at the end of trying everything you’ve tried I would suggest this but it might take some time to find someone that really works well and it’s not all readings and hokey pokey and stuff.

She does this all over the phone which is fascinating to me so if you can’t find someone you wanna try it let me know she really was not that expensive
