Heading home (week 7 update on covid pneumonia recovery)
I still find pacing a little tricky, and only have a couple of rest breaks for
meditation
during the day. Luckily i've not experienced significant fatigue recently, this week I had one night of aches and raised heart rate, but was so tired I just fell asleep!

pains in my chest were hitting ore often and at one stage I recall a floating sense, found a light grey mist around me, no fear then next second back in ambulance, Ever since even in busy room in house I can close my eyes and shut myself off, not sleep, am aware of surroundings, is this state for

Yoga and some positivity
With breathing,
meditation
and B12 injections I started feeling better slowly . Just finished my neurogist appointment. Told her my symptoms got worse with loading doses and I doubted theat it will get worse to be better. She ruled out that and said, it's not that.

Starting a regular meditation practise
Two key foundations of any
meditation
are these: *connection to your breath *awareness of your body - the sacred container that allows you experience life So let yourself explore, if this is a newer idea to you, what your current relationship is with your breath.

Man Who Recovered Using Meditation was on Terazosin?
So no sooner than I post about
Meditation
Guy (again), I'm re-reading the article (was surprised he was in Massachusetts) and see he was diagnosed with PD in 2000 and was on all the medications and and was recovered by 2013.

How to know whether meditation helps PD?
As I learned it,
meditation
is training yourself to ignore random thoughts and perhaps focussing on your breathing, In my case feeling the lower abdomen inflating with each inhalation and feeling the abdomen contract with each exhalation.

Onset of T
I have started CBT and
meditation
to try to reduce my sky high stress levels. Can I ask 2 questions of you all? First, my Dr suggests the T will “settle down after a while”. Is he giving me false hope or is this common? Second, is habituation at all likely with such loud T?

Can Supplements cause Crohn's
We are also trying to rise up and stay positive with the new diet and perhaps some prayer and
meditation
. This has been tough on my AFIB / heart. Good luck to all of you on your journey to better health. She is in the middle in pic on Halloween a few years ago. Yard Ape

and medication so I will try these. Best to you.

I Need to Rant Because I'm Miserable
I have been trying my absolute best to use ride the wave, radical acceptance, and
meditation
, TIPP, everything. I'm just seething, I feel like a volcano. I already blew up but I feel the heat, the pressure, the irritability. I just want to get back to normal.
