Hi, is it possible that by changing the time of your dose of thyroxine from morning to night can affect the absorption giving you effectively a higher dose? Tried Agora1 suggestion of meditation it actually works not immediately but certainly changed my perspective, day one feeling little better managed (Still not great). Have a look at The Mindful Movement youtube channel.
