Have you tried smoking weed or 𝙲𝙱𝙳 oils?
Looking for something I can incorporate into my daily routine (which is almost nonexistent right now) that isn’t
meditation
or a pill (I meditate already and don’t do meds).

Heart Anxiety and Air Hunger. Wondering if anyone can relate and if it was difficult to diagnose.
I've been trying breathing techniques and
meditation
and it doesn't seem to be doing much as I still get the feeling at some point during the day. Maybe I should see a Pulmonologist idk. my Heart rate seems to get pretty high just from light jogs which seems pretty strange to me.

Happy Day!
I would do
meditation
, walks in the evening before bed and stop taking my pulse. There are some great YouTube videos for mediations for healing and anxiety - My blanking period went beyond 3 months. I think we all heal at different rates. After my second ablation, I eased back into working out.

On path to self love
I started listening to power thoughts everyday, guided
meditation
, healing hypnosis. I practice telling myself I'm every positive adjective I can think of through out the day as soon as I wake up.

I struggle to get enough sleep or exercise and I struggle to find time for
meditation
even though everyone says I would greatly benefit from it.

Ibrutinib and anti depressants
Did suffer with this before I was DX as little things going wrong bad colds etc led to me starting anti depressants which helped but once I was DX and had a answer I used
meditation
and stopped my anti depressants but I'm now at a stage where I think I might need them to get through this next 12 months

Meditation
-Relaxation/dp/B07J9ZYJS1 There are others also for sleep, but this particular model combines excellent sonics and a great comfort.

Managing fibromyalgia
These conditiions are manageable I found that gradual exeercise helped me and
meditation
was the key to survival earlier on. I do everything that I want to do at my pace. I never speak to my friends and family about this only friends who have the same conditions understand that it a daily thing.

Quotation for Tuesday 2nd June 2020
It's a kind of
meditation
to separate them up and really listen to life's heartbeat. I think it's worth doing once in a while, even if you live in a quiet location, because amazingly, even silence has its noises too! Take care and please have a happy Tuesday! 🙏

Mindfulness- cultivating awareness
I’m grateful for stumbling onto a talk on CALM about mindfulness that’s got me thinking, interested in learning, seeing, trying, changing, improving my life and the life of my children through
meditation
and understanding what our bodies are trying to tell us when we suffer.
