Room can be a big help in these anxious times. I especially recommend the guided

Asthma vs Anxiety vs Breathing Pattern Disorders
A lot of people may self-manage underlying anxiety with mindfulness and
meditation
, however some people may find medication is needed to help calm it down.

Meditation tips
Hi, I'm inexperienced at mediation so any advice on best position to get your body into for deepest
meditation
& relaxation. Also, what is the best mantra to use. I would like to reach a transcendental meditative state so any tips would be much appreciated.

Summer Aches
I know that treatment works best with a combination of meds,
meditation
, exercise and a healthy diet...and here I am...laying in bed avoiding everything...in a few minutes I'll finally get up, go feed the pets, refill their water, shower and run off to work, because in the end that's what I need to do

Social Anxiety
whether it’s medication,
meditation
, taking to a therapist, etc? It’s becoming too much for me to deal with and makes me feel lesser.

Aces
I'm determined to do everything I can to lower my risk for other diseases by reducing my stress, exercising, mindfulness,
meditation
, prayer, good nutrition, and getting enough sleep. I will take an educated guess, and say I imagine many people with Depression, and Anxiety have a high Ace score.

Anyone else have trouble with meditation? Thoughts/advice.
I've thinking a lot about how to handle my stress and anxiety, and one suggestion that always comes up is
meditation
. While i've attempted to use it a few times, i've never been able to stick with it. I usually just assume this is due to my short attention span or lack or commitment to routine.

I feel electric flow throughout my body
I am a Buddist I started
meditation
about 2 years back. While doing
meditation
I feel some electrical effect throughout my body. Some wawes are very strong. It disturbs my
meditation
too. When I discuss with some people they say just ignore and go ahead. I also expect some solutions.

I am LPJG. I suffered from excruciating knee pain and I am managing the pain through diet and exercise.
I was a very active lifestyle influencer as I like healthy cooking, exercising,
meditation
, dancing, playing monopoly and elevate. The knee injury brought out a different dimension of me otherwise, I would not have found you.

The little things
I restarted
meditation
, took longer baths, developed a new facial routine and allowed myself just to be still in the present, no blame for the past. I sat out on the sun when I wasn't at work and take lunch breaks rather than eating at my desk.

Trying to stay positive 😌
I love
meditation
and reading my Bible and books by Joyce Meyers 💕 Tonight I fell again and I am trying to not use my walker in the house but I think I will have to start using it.
