Stiff shoulder and neck pain
I Posted a while ago about this debilitating pain in my shoulders and neck.I’ve had a 6 week physio course and pay privately from
massage
, acupuncture, guy sha and magnet therapy. Although both these help, I’m now in such pain it’s affecting my day to day life, not to mention my mood.

Painful foot- Mortons Neuroma
Excersises and
massage
to the foot have already made a difference , reducing the swelling and he says it is curable. I've had Planta, and it's not nearly as painful, but untreated it inhibits your running. Good luck getting help.

I have spent a lot of time using a Lacrosse
massage
ball on my foot so I am hoping all will be ok. The pain has always been after running rather than during so its difficult to tell yet, we will see how things go today and over the weekend.

Waste of time neurologist visit! Ugh...
Massage
helped but has reached a point it just doesn’t last and I can’t afford the amount of massages I’d need...

I've followed the advice here and bought a decent pair of running shoes and have binned my 15-year-old trainers and I've also bought some proper cushioned running socks and a foam roller for
massage
/core strengthening work on recovery days.

Adhesions
I’ve been reading up about endo and adhesions and I’ve seen online that there are certain
massage
therapies which can break down adhesions. I was told I had a lot of adhesions which were removed during my lap but I feel like they are back.

massage
might help but not to bother with lymphatic drainage as has been suggested. Also the skin on my forearms is very fragile and I have lots of bruise marks, looks as if I have been in a fight. Any comments welcome.

Therapeutic Massage
Has anyone tried therapeutic
massage
and/or Acupunture? If yes, did you first get approval from your oncologist? If yes, did the
massage
give relief?

Just a bit further
Finally back home after about 2.5hrs out of the house (yes I really am that fast 😉) I could feel my calves moaning so gave them a good talking to and a good going over with a
massage
thing that I found. Hopefully no cramp wailing in the middle of the night!!

I've got my sports
massage
to look forward to tomorrow so that might spur me on 😀 Have any others thought this run was tough?

Artritis in hands
I stop every now and again to
massage
my hand and fingers, but it doesn't assist very much in the pain. Does anyone know some things that may help me with the pain, besides basic painkillers?

I reach the halfway point, and almost literally bump into the lovely woman who does sports
massage
at the local wellbeing centre.

ON MY MIND
I should add that I have tried
massage
, chiropractic, accupuncture, dorsal rami injections and radiofrequency cold nerve ablation for chronic back pain; nothing worked longer than 10 days.

My first massage
I kept my cool but after the
massage
was over I literally went home thinking I'm a die. Why couldn't I just be calm and enjoy it. I hate this anxiety.

Not Feeling Great
The steam room really helped PMR niggles as did the
massage
. My 95 year old mother is requiring more care. She has live in help. I will visit Tuesday. My Dr. said to get blood work and if normal to keep decreasing. I don’t think that is the answer, Suggestions appreciated.
