Traveling and tapering, What's my problem?
Massage
therapy helped but it hasn't cured it~there is lots of discomfort in the upper arm muscle. I didn't lift anything~? I've never been diagnosed with PMR and other than some stiffness in my neck....nothing major.

Feel like I'm going insane, struggling to cope
Take your gabapentin,
massage
your legs, put feet in cold water as they feel 100 degrees and throb intensely, run your magnisum gel in, stretch and do palates moves but in end cry, thrash around and punch yourself in said arm's and legs in desperate bid to help

Salivary Glands Swollen 6 Months Post RAI
I drink lots of water and
massage
them throughout the day. Will this get better? What is your experience with swollen salivary glands 8+ months post RAI treatment? I've also ate/used sour food for relief which my ENT says does not help. Kim

My Urologist has recommended prostate

Not that active...
See what she can do, ask for tips what I can do and maybe make regular appointments for a neck / head
massage
... In any case, I haven't been doing much. I am - weirdly enough - still on track for my Fellowship medal, but I will soon need to step it up a bit.

I think I would like a gentle

Scar Tissue & Pain
I’ve had scar tissue
massage
a few times from a trained person and try to do a bit myself at home. It’s feel really tight and pressured and when I sneeze it sometimes feels like I’m being stabbed! Is this normal after this length of time?

Not back yet...
Even tried a back / shoulder
massage
last weekend, but just could not relax. Nothing I do relaxes me, watching tv, crocheting, knitting, reading, drawing, ... nothing. We talked about the fact that I ran and she asked me to consider to try running again.

Spinal Cord Stimulator and PMR pain
Prior to this procedure, I used every alternative option, including 4 surgical procedures, acupuncture, chiro,
massage
, PT, opiates, etc. Nothing was successful, and I am quite happy with the pain relief I have using this implant.

There was
