I couldn’t find the
massage
people, which was a bit of a disappointment, so I walked some more before risking a sit down so I could swap my socks for compression ones, and change my shoes.

One of those runs 😊
Eventually I saw a brilliant podiatrist and brilliant sports
massage
therapist and I have tentatively started running again. Tonight I managed a 5k in 32 minutes, I will never crack 30 but it felt like I was back in the game. Nice pace, cool temperature and the last of the bright sunshine.

Manual Lymphatic drainage massage
Has anyone tried lymphatic drainage massages on themselves for the swelling? And does it help the selling go down if done on a daily basis?

Friday afternoon
Things got screwed up with the
massage
therapist who was to come Friday afternoon. When I talked to her to set the time it bounced around a bit. I chose 1:30. She remembered 3:30. Getting home from errands at 11:30 I had time to lay down. Got up at 1:10 thinking she would be here soon.

DOES ANYONE HERE USE THOSE MASSAGE CHAIRS IN THE MALLS AND HAVE PEOPLE EVER CREEPED YOU OUT WHILE YOU WERE IN ONE?
I LIKE TO USE THE
MASSAGE
CHAIRS AT THE MALLS. One reason why is because they cost less than going to a
massage
therapist. Unlike a therapist, there is no possibility of a chair secretly judging you or being so tired they do not want to touch another human being.

First cranosacrial therapy session
I'm not sure anything happened, other than getting another form of therapy that, like
massage
, brings some level of awareness and connection between your brain (neurons) and your body (muscles and sensation). This, for me, is helpful.

RLS / new member intro / alcohol Q&A
As for the bath, the
massage
, the stretching and exercise they only works during that time as soon as you stop them the RLS is back . Tonight I’ve taken 2mg of Xanax and I’m still wide awake . So my last question. Do you think just one beer , would really make it worse ? Just one ?

I am doing Thai
Massage
, reflexology and exercise to try to increase my muscle tone. I lost 57 pounds and feels like every muscle has wasted away. I would love to know how long others back pain lasted and any tips for improvement.

Knobbly massage stick day after HM?
Oh hullo, me again 😁 Is it okay to use my knobbly
massage
stick on my calf muscles the day after a race? Calf muscles a bit tight after yesterday’s shenanigans, you see. Don’t want to damage anything else now! Sadie-runs xxx

Injury advice please
I have tried ice treatment including cryo stimulation treatment, heat,
massage
, physio all of which has helped a little but I still have pain and my leg feels like there is not enough strength compared to the other leg. I am doing leg strengthening exercises and yoga.

A Dinner Party!
He was asking me if we should invite Jessica, the
massage
therapist we’ve been seeing once a week for the last couple of years, to dinner. Trying to find a
massage
therapist who did home visit I mentioned my search to a friend on mine. Jessica, her friend’s daughter, did them.

In focus: managing the effects of chemotherapy - fatigue
Complementary therapies such as relaxation,
massage
or yoga may also help, if your team advise that these are safe for you to have.
