Where to start?
Anyway after a nice firm
massage
on the knots in my calves (ouch!), the restricted movement in my ankle joint already feels a lot better and I’m hoping that within the next few days I’ll be able to start running again.

Mud, mud, glorious mud.
Taylor Beagle is currently taking part in a Galen
massage
trial and they’ve asked me not to run her in harness for a week, so I was borrowing yet another different dog, a little working cocker spaniel who didn’t do too badly for only his second go at Canicross.

Young, fit but my body is my worse ennemi and I feel destroyed
I have tried cold ice, massaging, electrical
massage
machine, Chiropractor, marching, drinking plenty of fluid, extra iron each day and extra potassium. I do a lot of exercises. My doctors won’t do anything about it or give me anything.

My experiences on the effects of; lifestyle changes, supplements and drugs while trying to combat RLS.
-
Massage
Only provides relief while the
massage
in ongoing. - Mental I don't know why or how, but thinking about RLS makes the symptoms worse. If you manage to get your mind off of it you will realise that you actually haven't thought about it for the last hour or so.

Is there anyone, anywhere who knows anything about how to treat FIBROMYALGIA?
I have an electric PROTEA hand
massage
vibrator which can be soothing at times, but one is frequently too sore to use it. Have cycled through pretty well the full range of drugs, virtually all with unacceptable side effects - ranging from Amytriptaline to Fentanyl. I am currently on Zomorph 100mg.

Headache and eye strain, today a numb left arm!
My mother in law suggested a
massage
. Maybe that's a good idea.

Good evening!
tank and a lot of patience and reassurance needed..he wanted to pull everything off..not an easy day..I wished they had hospitalised him..but they’d rather make me pay for extra night duty etc 🤨 Then his physiotherapist saw I was struggling to breathe and she gave me an essential oils chest and back

Stiffness/pain question
With that said, it seems I have pain in random parts of my feet every day (only in the morning) and as soon as I
massage
them, the pain goes away and I'm able to function normally.

Girl, Interrupted
I usually roll my eyes at alternative medicine, but I’m starting to read larger studies done with lavender oil
massage
and successful relief of pain as well as depression in hospice patients. I’m ready to try anything by now.

Let me introduce myself.
•Chiropractic (occasional) and
massage
(monthly) work wonders! Insurance pays for the first, but not for
massage
. •I put off taking the CARBI-LEVO for a long time – over 10 yrs. I know not everyone can do that.

40 years a sufferer
For years I didn't know what it was but was able to sway it off with self-help procedures such as hot baths,
massage
and rocking. These methods were not enough after a while. Then I looked on the internet and discovered I had classic symptoms of RLS.
