How long is a bout of IBS
I’ve worked out that the pains seem to be trapped wind, that I can move with
massage
, but still feel very tender and delicate. Doctor prescribed Mebeverine tablets a couple of months ago which have helped a bit, but stomach still bloated.

I have FINALLY found some RELIEF!
I purchased a mat (for the cost of a
massage
c£45) and looked forward to unwinding my tight muscles. But in the back of my mind, I also wondered if it might help ease my now chronic RLS...? All I can say is....WOW!

Calves still in agony when I run after 5 week break
I am doing 15 minute stretch routines, using a
massage
ball, taking rest days but the pain just won't GO. It gets worse each run/jog I do. I can't even run through the pain at this point as I can barely walk. I'm only 20 years old, why are my legs behaving as if i'm 90?

I've been doing
massage

7k at last.
I DID however take time to do a quick foot
massage
in the spiky Pilates balls to try to loosen up my feet. Rachael, my instructor, suggested keeping the heel in the floor and the toes on the ball and then roll the forefoot so that first the little toe touches the floor and then the big toe.

Happy dance 💃 💃
I started with supplements, tried T3, reiki,
massage
and meditation. I got my GP to up my levo, (after taking my husband with me) and I got another raise later. I learned as much as I could about my condition, asked questions and refused treatment I thought was not suitable.

What should I do?
I still do some face excercise and
massage
my face, but that worry me because somehow I still felt like that is not sufficient although I already got almost 80% of my left face movement back but that alone does not reassured me that I am going to heal completly. If you were me, what should I do?

Bicuspid Aortic Valve - 36 year old male, just looking for support/other stories
I still have a little bit of pain in neck/back/shoulder but as above, think this is bad posture and muscle injury (had some good tissue
massage
which helped).
