Update
She is referring us to a fertility specialist via the NHS and we will both be embarking privately on acupuncture, reflexology and Arvigo
massage
(this one just for me) over the next few months with her blessing - we don't qualify for IVF on the NHS and we can't afford to do it privately.

Sciatica and Phn pain same time?
I took only pain killers and was referred to an osteopath for
massage
of deep tissue. I was coping rather well till four days before Easter when I develooed a rash over my right hip. I though it was an allergy due to so many pain killers I had taken for a while.

SEA, SUN & VITAMINS
Massage
/physio/holistic treatments - Much cheaper, much cheaper (though with pound getting expensive). Her hips become stiff and kind of lock - she does stretching exercises daily to deal with this All in All - a planned programme of change, the sea air and the salt has made a huge difference.

Secondary Lymphodema
I sometimes went to acupuncturist for BP who gently suggested one day I might benefit from a lymph
massage
. At this stage I still had not heard of lymphodema. It was amazing, the therapist worked with breast cancer patients at the hospital to help their arm swelling. You can learn this on YouTube.

Emergency Surgery
Surgeon called in and he tries to

externally the bowel out of the hernia, he is only partially successful. Now we are facing 2 options 1) surgery to fix it, which because of age and the CBD puts him at a high risk or 2) do nothing and hope it slips back into place on it's own.

Chronic lower back pain. Summer flare up has begun.
No xray done just told originally to go home and get a butt
massage
. Eventually orthopaedics specialist said because we may not find the cause through scans we won't because even if we find a cause we can't fix it, so you just need to learn to live with pain.

I'm confused and concerned
I've had an xray, 2 mri's an EMG, physical therapy and
massage
therapy and nothing is helping. I got released to go back to work today and they took me off of my pain medication. I'm not better and don't know what's wrong with me. Any suggestions?

Self love and acceptance
Take the time to take care of yourself, give yourself extra sleep, get a
massage
, go to the gym, walk or do what you can but you must do something. I have just learned that I have a limited window in the day, not too early in the am and not too late as I'm exhausted.
