I'm wondering if the amount your liver function tests are elevated is a sign of how far your pbc has progressed?

My phosphatase is 452 and my gamma gt is 209, my bilirubin is 24 and plasma alt is 49. I'm waiting for my biopsy in about 5 weeks now but I can't seem to focus...
