Mindfulness etc for managing breathlessness
It is very heartwarming to read and that many of you have found
Yoga
or Tai Chi or Pilates helpful even though you have had to access it privately.

Chronic Pain and mental health
I am a qualified
yoga
instructor and do certain things to help ease the pain but my
yoga
practice has changed dramatically over the past few years. Has anyone else experienced this? Or have any idea what it could be? Im 32, and fairly fit and healthy.

I've seen so many
yoga
posts here and on Strava. A couple years ago we started
Yoga
with Adrienne but that fizzled out as some of them were over half hour and we couldn't be bothered. Not sure why I decided to try this but I did it and will do it again, maybe tomorrow.

Travel advice on flights with a little one
I'm responsible when it comes to taking medicines in safe doses (acetaminophen) and doing
yoga
, stretches and the limited exercises that I can handle. None of these things really help much, but I feel it's better than nothing.

Do we have to have a laproscopy?
I'm vegan, rarely drink, practice
yoga
regularly and generally get enough sleep. I'm not sure there are many other natural ways to improve my symptoms. I'd welcome any reflections 🙏🏽🫂

steroid reduction problems
I don’t do any housework ( husband does it) can’t attend
yoga
which I did x 3 a week when on 15 mg although I relaxed for most of it. my question is about Dorset Lady slow reduction. I have a copy but is it too late to hop on that and where would I begin? thank you Some extra background.

Nrc 10k plan run 1 week 3
I do Pilates and
yoga
. Yes I'm old and slow but I'm reasonably fit I think, certainly compared with what I used to be before I started running five years ago. So today I decided I'd just ignore it, run entirely by feel and be grateful that I can do it at all. And it was good.

IC and pelvic pain
I also have regular physiotherapy and do gentle exercise (
yoga
, swimming). I started taking Desert Harvest Aloe Vera about a year ago and it has helped me get rid of the stinging feeling when emptying my bladder.

migraine
I know I’ve been on here multiple times, I do mindfulness and
yoga
, practice somatic tracking, but I still lie in bed everyday with intractable migraine following a blow to the back of my head 3 years ago. I have tried twice to commit suicide because the migraine simply does not lift.

Helpful information on supplements
I have been doing OsteoStrong for 2 years,
yoga
and supplementing and saw all 4 of my DEXA numbers improve. Trying to stay off the drugs! I hope this information is helpful- there is a lot of information on the Optimal Bone Health website

Is anti-anxiety med too risky for arrhythmias?
I’ve tried meditation,
yoga
etc but I just can’t seem to get my anxiety under control. My question is, will the anxiety medication sertraline increase my risk of getting more arrhythmias? Would love to hear your experiences. thank you!

PVCs now occurring only hours after exercise but last a week
I have ventricular bigeminy and seems to be induced by exercise (even light
yoga
). The PVCs come hours after I exercise (nothing during the exercise) and will last for days. I only developed the PVCs last year and prior to that I was extremely active for years, training muay thai every day.

HAPPY NEW YEAR and YWA’s January FLOW
I know some of you have been practicing
yoga
probably as long as YWA’s Adriene has been dropping these 30-day journeys. This year it’s her 10th January Journey, so bound to be special.

Sudden high Blood Pressure
Today I feel ill, tired, unable to sleep and an achey feeling in my chest (which I put down to
yoga
a few days before). A friend of mine who had very high reading like mine was immediately shipped off to A&E in an ambulance.

I'm new to this community , but not to Health Unlocked
Whether that, atrial fibrillation and inverted
yoga
poses contributed to a stroke in 2016, I don't know. The consequences were scarring of the lungs that I now know is pulmonary fibrosis and as of yet, does not have a treatment path.
